In this day and age, you have to learn how to secure your devices including phones, tablets, computers, email and social media accounts. Use much stronger passwords and change them regularly, use 2 factor authentication, turn on the fingerprint reader, have the screen lock immediately, use incognito mode, or a secure browser, etc. and never ever leave your device alone. It is a pain in the ass to secure all these things, but you just have to learn to do it.

And how one can prevent the SO looking up the map history on your phone? As it was discussed, preventing the wife from having access to your regular phone looks suspicious. "Forgetting: your phone at home looks superstitious. Turning off location looks suspicious. In fact, the only two way to do it is to have a "business meeting" (i.e., leave the phone in the office and have an excuse why you could not pick it up for 2 hours) or going for a swim at the pool (regular gym will not cut it). Both ways require a physical second phone (not just a second sim card - I guess, you can rent a locker at the swimming pool at keep it there). Any other ideas?

If you wife is checking your location tracker you are already in trouble.

the key for me is to make sure any SP encounters fit into my regular day. if I'm at a meeting, i try to make an appointment before or after so that the timing works. If i have a physio appt or a massage booked I'll book before or after so that the need for a shower also works. make an appointment before a scheduled trainer or spin class, always come home and shower after. As long as it fits in the norm and raises no flags you should be good.
I have a burner phone that I had to buy when mine was getting repaired, so it has the excuse covered, no one uses it, maybe thats the way to explain it away. say your phone died and apple is taking a few extra days to replace or repair, so you buy a cheap android with a sim card. take the sim card out when its not in use and leave it in your car "for emergencies".
also, to add to this. this is why i always try to find an SP near where I'll be during the day. I understand they get annoyed when I preface an email or text by "where are you located", but if it doesn't fit my schedule I can't make the appt. and I dont want to waste anyone's time. on that note, any SP's near the distillery district? lol

The more ‘excuses’ for tech issues, the more suspicious it looks. Have a burner phone and let your SO know your password and location on your main phone so that you are easily ‘tracked’. In fact, let her use your main phone every now and then. It’s reverse psychology; the less you seem to have to hide, the lower the suspicion level. Best to integrate appointments in to what seem to be routine errands/tasks/work so that an ‘outing’ is not out-of-the-ordinary.

If your SO is willing to a) look thru your phone for map data and b) research to see what all those places are then the technology is the least of your worries.

I hope I'm remembering this story right, but does anyone remember the gent from years ago who instead of saving them to his phone wrote all his favourite phone numbers on a little sheet of paper and taped it to a random post in his underground parking garage? Legendary.

Thumb print access to any phone is essential these days imo. Map history on Google maps can be erased, also never sign in to google. Even on a hobby phone use male names for any SP's you might add, even temporarily, as a contact. Nikki (Nick) Jessica (Jake) etc...

One of the first SP's I saw was in a condo incall, she warned me ahead of time about a new building rule and that I might have to sign in with the concierge, otherwise she'd have to meet me. I signed in as "Father Patrick" with a little cross beside it. I've always wondered if the building management ever checked the list.

NEVER schedule an outcall in your ACTUAL HOME.

The brand of shower gel and deodorant I use is the generic one found in many incalls (Dove Men+Care).

Used my Terb handle as verification for Indy SP's.

I like to go for long walks Downtown to browse in stores etc. and use this as my cover story. Usually I'm early for incall appointments so I actually have been killing time in stores.

Anyone know anything about Proton encrypted email?

Obviously you still need to use your phone, but it might be better than gmail.

But I still need to investigate.

There's basically no reason to have a smartphone if you're not signing into a Google or Apple account. You may as well use an old flip phone that does not have internet access. The thing is if someone really wants to come after you they can still find your general location even with a flip phone.

SP’s should not wear perfume.

I guess us getting caught isn’t their problem, but something simple like that would help so much.

Women are like bloodhounds when it comes to other women.

I used to spend a lot of time in Asia where it’s pretty common to have multiple women on rotation. If you want to read stories on how to cover your tracks, read some expat blogs 😂.

for those of you who use second burner phone with separate phone sim card, what is the best one to use in term of value? I don't want to pay monthly fee for phone plan just to use it to book sp once or twice a month.

I'd rather have a SO sharing the hobby with me than having
to worry about getting caught. Just hire a gigolo to seduce
your SO to the dark side so you can continue hobbying
on a good conscience.
