I’d like to know the answer. What type of protest do you support or is deemed acceptable?
Isn't it basically this?

Acceptable protest tactics for most oracles and right wingers
- honking all day
- demanding the PM resign
- blocking bridges and international trade
- use of violence against capital or other police
- threatening to hang the VP
- breaking and entering
- smearing shit on the walls

Unacceptable protest tactics
- protesting things they support

So you support a movement who's slogan was "lets fry cops in bacon" and who burned down privately-owned businesses.
This make you just as bad as the Jan. 6'ers.
Actually, since BLM destroyed private businesses who have nothing to do with the government, it makes you worse.
If you have a beef with the cops then attack police stations, but leave private citizens out of it

And we also know that you can continue to live vicariously under your 4th Liberal term right here in Canada. lmfao
Hey, I think Carney is doing a great job. He's far more right-wing than I thought he would be.
He's opening up oil fields, mining projects....etc. He's now also going to reform bail.
He's doing great!! Better than that commie Trudope

That is neither their slogan
Bullshit! At least be man enough to own it

nor did they burn down businesses.........some opportunists looted businesses
You're contradicting yourself here. And you're also wrong.
The riots affected almost 1,500 businesses:

It even has its own wiki page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arson_damage_during_the_George_Floyd_protests_in_Minneapolis–Saint_Paul

much of the violence was actually started by cops, not the protesters
That is complete horseshit, and you know it

Yes, there were riots.
No the riots were not committed by BLM.
The riots were committed by opportunists and also far right wing actors who used the protests as an excuse to do so.
The vast majority of the BLM protests were very peaceful.
That is completely not true, and you know it
Of course it is true.

Of course BLM are denying it, cause they got caught on video.
They never take responsibility for their actions.
The video speaks for itself

Ah, so now you're saying "the vast majority". But you admit some were not so peaceful.
And those some who were not peaceful clearly looted and burned down businesses.
Thank you for at least partially agreeing with me

Of course it is true.
No doubt there may have been police brutality, but that doesnt give protestors the right to loot and burn down private businesses

They did not get caught on video.
There was no BLM there.
Not all protesters are BLM and these looters are just opportunists.

Of course, we know there was looting and rioting. Who denied that?
I am saying it wasn't BLM activists who did that.
They were opportunists and local agitators who have nothing to do with the movement and simply used the protests as an excuse.

No one said anyone had a right to burn down businesses.
But it was counter to your point that police did not engage in violence.

You have no way of knowing that.
Just because BLM denied it doesnt mean they were telling the truth

Not all protesters are BLM
Maybe not all, but you're clearly admitting that some are

Actually, you just admitted that some did do that

Police violence crosses all races, not just black people.
If I throw a molotov cocktail at a cop, there's a good chance I'm going to get an ass-kicking.
If not right there on the street, probably afterwards at the police station.

Maybe if you dont loot and burn down businesses, you wont get your ass kicked by the police.
Thats just a suggestion though

Of course I do have a way of knowing that.
a) There is no evidence that the rioters are BLM representatives.
b) BLM put out a statement condemning violence against police officers.
Maybe not all, but you're clearly admitting that some are
I said rioters are local agitators, not representatives of BLM.
Actually, you just admitted that some did do that
Nope, I did not say that. That is a lie. I said the exact opposite.
I am saying it wasn't BLM activists who did that.
Police violence crosses all races, not just black people.
Yes and the rioters and looters were of all races too.

Except in the cases of police violence I highlighted above, it was the police who unleashed violence on peaceful protesters.
Which is nothing new.
That has been the MO for crowd suppression for decades, and the part of the reason for the protests is exactly that sort of behaviour.

You said that Trump will be president regardless of the protest in your prior post.
So it seems to me that you think any protest worth supporting is one which seeks to overthrow a government. Like Jan 6th.
Use the search function and you will be able to understand my stance on Jan 6th as it unfolded.

Bull horns and all...
