I would do some research on here, and find out which of the ladies seems to be in a similar situation. Contact them, and get their help.
Well get ready to drink from a firehose! Both in terms of advice on how to get in, and then the business itself.
My suggestion based solely on the vibe I get from your post is that you start with a reputable agency. There is a WHOLE LOT to this business and letting a professional agency handle your marketing, bookings, accommodations etc will make your entry into this a lot less stressful than starting out as an independent.

If she goes with an agency won't she lose about half the money?
I think somethings to consider is what is going to be your approach. Are you a backpage girl with fake pics who hustles guys out as fast as she can.
Incall/outcall. What are you going to charge. What are you willing to do sexually.
Be prepared for guys who want to lowball/negotiate price or pressure you for certain sex acts.
The "losing half the money" attitude is not a prudent mindset to make this decision. And I don't think it is anywhere near half.
As any indy will attest to, it is a lot of work to run a business. From getting pics, to setting up a website, to marketing yourself to responding to inquiries, taking and managing bookings, renting hotel rooms etc etc... it's a LOT of work. Indy's have their own personal reasons for being independent. Maybe they like running a business. I suspect that even if they only see clients part time, that it is still a full time business.
Agency girls show up for their shift, suck and fuck (and hopefully have fun) and then go home with a thousand bucks or so. No responding to texts from fucking weirdos, no making appointments, no posting ads, no nothing... just smile, suck, fuck and show guys a fun time! If they have a problem, or need some help or advice, a good agency will be right there for them.

I suggest Top Drawer Ladies because they have few MILF type ladies of their roster. True agency keeps a good amount but like it's been mentioned, it's lots of planning and work going Indy. I suggest you try agency first to get an idea of how things work and what to expect. Once you are more comfortable with the business, maybe try Indy. Most important of all is safety and discretion for all involved. I would also suggest promoting yourself through Twitter, through new account strictly for this business with NO links to your personal civilian life.

Yeah but in the case of agency, you have to be okay with sucking and fucking the number of guys they line up for you. That is not for everyone.
Just trying to present an alternate POV. I'm not saying indy is right. If I said it or implied it then let me be the first to clarify that Indy vs Angency has their advantages and disadvantages and the original poster needs to consider what is best for her.

They would help you get started.
