New agency with some questions

We am not advertising yet, just looking to get it off the ground first and what better place to get valuable feedback than here on Terb!
And to the Mods, if there is a better place to post this or some protocol that I've missed, please let me know and I shall right whatever wrong I may have commited.

Lim, I got a great idea on how to save yourself some money with your business idea. Stop before you start.
If you keep in mind that the ONLY real value you add is managing a customer list, and you use some common sense, you will be fine. Managing a customer list is hard, it means developing a reputation for good service at every level. It is the only value you can add as an agency (the girls could just go independent), but it can be a LOT of value if done well.

I know the few who had the pleasure of being with me are missing it but it just has to be that way.
That was going to be the next step. I first wanted an idea of what clients were looking for, as this is a customer based service. Then ask for the women's ideas and find a balance that would work and be profitable at the same time.MinnieApple said:

P.S. Kiarra, thank you for your thoughts on the website. It just reinforces my thoughts that there is no need for a website as I had no plans to make one.
I understand that without any photos that there may be that impression. I'm not truly interested in an impression based on pictures, I'm concerned with the impressions our clients have of our service. I understand this requires a reputation to be built and this will take time as does anything that is of worth.smylee52 said:No pics
There is quite the concensus here that pictures on a website are needed to get your business. I thank you all for your input and welcome anymore that is to come but will continue through without a website. I hope that we will be able to draw you to our business through a great reputation that we will work hard to build.

No asian chicks that claim to be 25 that are 35. Not even anyt hat claim to be 23 that are actually 27. Some of us can tell.
No SP's reporting that they have a 24 waist when it is 26.

Absolutely agree. Honesty will non-negotiable with our workers and our clients.fuji said:
I've seen all the reviews of B&S and had a few experiences myself in the past and it seems that with the notable exceptions(Hollywood & Select to name two), B&S seems to rule at the moment. I'd like to see honesty brought back to the majority and that's why I've decided to do this.
