New agency with some questions

Hello fellow Terbites!

I'm looking to start up a new outcall agency with a couple of partners and I would like your opinions on what would make a great service. Any and all suggestions you may have are most welcome.

We am not advertising yet, just looking to get it off the ground first and what better place to get valuable feedback than here on Terb!

And to the Mods, if there is a better place to post this or some protocol that I've missed, please let me know and I shall right whatever wrong I may have commited.

Actually, our basis is going to be that we will not be posting pics of the women as we hold discretion in the highest regard for both our clients and girls. We are anticipating that most of the ladies who come to work with us will want to keep their private lives just that, completely private.

Honesty is going to be the core ideal of our agency so much so that if the woman who shows to your door is not how we've described, there will be no cancellation fee and no ill-will towards the client. We have yet to figure out if we'll be able to swing discounts for future calls at the moment.

Let's not forget promo discounts to TERB members. We're the ones who promote your establishment.

Courtesy is also very important, there are a few agencies and SPs out there who fail to see how much of an influence we had when they were getting off the ground.

In this modern age and time, my dear buddy you have to show your product in some way or the other, not the face but the rest of their figure or lovely bodies on your web page, or else it would be really very hard for a client to decide or book your ladies/courtesans, it a tough business these days, but if you are sincere to your work & to your clients then it will take off & then you dont have to look behind,outcall agency need A++ Services to your clients, & to make good regulars you really have to work hard for few months to gain confidence of them, anyhow wish you all the very best in your future endeavours.

Without posting pics, i guess you wont be able to get anywhere unless the SPs u work with are well known ones.. jst me thought.

Dont lie, honesty should be the best policy in this 1 , keep good deals, like new startin off rates, make it cheaper than all other agencies, just to start off, and business should take off from there.

Make sure no1 is dissapointed..

Post true information about the girls, about exactly what they provide, so no1 is disappointed.

I think all market is customer driven. If the girls have problem to post their photos of their body it is hard to get customers.

I think Hong Kong has a very good directory and we should know what we are getting for our money.

Make the price point $150 for TERB members, $300 for everyone else

Ensure that it is 30 minutes or free from phone call to delivery

Have incall locations at various parts of the city

Give frequent caller points, every 11th booking is free.

Free bottle of wine for every 5th booking, or multiple hour booking.

Don't bother with pictures or descriptions, we all love surprises.

As for the original thread . . . honesty (as much as possible!!) and pics (not necessary face shots!!) are essential!!!
