The other parties' schedules are now known as "borrowed time".
They can delay all they want...it will only agitate Canadians more and hurt them in the next election.
THe numbers haven't been moving much in a long time. I suspect the conservatives have reached their near limit of people supporters and indies who are inclined to support them

Unless Truedooh and Jackedmeat are found double penetrating some poor kids donkey, a gay male donkey. [Yeah because being gay would be the issue here he said sarcastically]
Considering everything Truedooh has gotten away with.
Admiration of Chinese dictatorship for their ability to get shit done on the environment

Full on rape of a reporter in BC. OK normal people said it was a grope but Matt Damon was forced to apologize and retract for saying there was a difference between a group and child molestation so... I donno man people are fucked
Blackface, so many times he has no idea if there are more photos out there
Promising 10 billion dollar deficits and then totally blowing past them, before covid hit. [That to me is unforgivable.]
No action actual action on housing, granted none of the other parties have promised anything to address any of the actual causes on any level of government. on any meaningful level.

Quite frankly the 58% that the polls say will vote elsewhere, I can't see them moving blue unless one of them shoots a man in Flin Flon just to watch him die.

You're the one saying most conservatives are "nerdy and weak" getting body checked in lockers...
most liberals I know dye their hair and changed genders...LoL...
and when someone steps up...
this looks nerdy to me...
The video shows a liberal up in the face of the conservative and not backing down, unlike the other video with Jagmeet where the guy cowered when confronted.

I don't understand why they would use this strategy, care to shed some light?
It's a genius strategy.

To quickly describe what's happening, The NDP as a federal party is pretty mediocre, but on a province to province level, they are quite strong. They control BC and Manitoba.

But the past year in BC two things have happened: 1. All their horrible policies in BC NDP has hit the fan. The people have had enough of the crime, homelessness and drug addicts out there. 2. The BC conservatives got extremely popular, ultimately forcing BC united to merge into the Party.

The BC NDP are sill favourite to win, but there is a real threat they could lose. If Poilievre and Rustad can flip the province of BC blue, Jagmeet will get pounded x5 worse then Trudeau got.

The Conservatives in control Federally, then provincially in Ontario, Alberta and BC? That is power.

PeePee's pension is 3x the size.
PeePee voted to cut canadian pensions but would never take less.
That guy spends more than any other politician in Canada.
He is the only one that demands servants and the biggest house available.
Not to forget that Pee Pee also owns multiple residences that he uses as an investment.
No wonder that people like him are the cause for housing shortages!!

Not everyone can be a nepo baby like justin.

And you're not making any sense. We have a development shortage. Has nothing to do with owners.

You are the one that does not keep up with the times, do you? It is a combination of new house developments not keeping up with the demand as well as investors like Pee Pee greedily making these houses an investment:

On the face of it, the lack of affordable housing seems like an issue of supply — just build more to meet demand and prices will come down.

But part of the problem is the source of that demand: it's increasingly investors.

The Bank of Canada found that investors were responsible for 30 per cent of home purchases in the first three months of 2023. That's up from 28 per cent in the same period in 2022 and 22 per cent in the same period in 2020.

That report also found the percentage of first-time homebuyers dropped to 43 per cent in the first quarter of 2023 from 48 per cent in the same three months in 2020.

"What's been happening over the last 10 years is that the share of homes bought by first-time buyers has been declining, and their market share has largely been taken over by investors," said John Pasalis, president of Toronto-based Realosophy Realty.

So are you going to make sense the next time that you post?

Why wait to fix a decade of Liberals ruining the country?
Let's vote now!

Bring what home? Pee Pee has not spelled out anything, just empty promises.
Let us remember that in the previous decade, Harper ruined the Canadian Economy, by inheriting a Healthy Economy with a surplus, and then leaving office a decade later with an economy still in a deep recession. Of course the righties will never accept that fact!!

lol, now it's a combination.

If you take the investors out of the market, half these construction projects fail. Which is what you are seeing now.

The 90s Liberals left him with a surplus.

See when you are proven to be wrong now you are trying to wiggle your way out. These are not investors who are building these houses. They are the ones purchasing it as an investment that was also the cause for the rise in house prices in the first place. If you took the greedy investors out of the market then more Canadians would have been able to purchase these houses!!

I was never proven wrong. Just because you believe 1+1=3 doesn't make you correct.

I'll destroy your whole argument right now. Where are all the new rental units? Boom, you're done. It's a supply shortage issue.
