Grand West(I think Steeles and Keele). In the late 80's they used to have cover bands on Friday and Saturday nights.

Any of the clubs that used to be in Fort Erie: GTR/NYNY, Eden/Pure Platimum, Stop 33, King Edward Hotel/Maxines. All gone but not forgotten...

The Warwick House. Went there looking for love.
Larry's Hideaway Went there to consummate love I found at the Warwick. Saw David Wilcox and the Teddy Bears there. I actually saw Rush there once. After their record came out.
Piccadilly Square.
The Jarvis House.
The Generator. Was there the night of the shooting.
The Rondun. My local at the beginning. Saw Goddo there. BB Gabor. Before it had live bands it had nice strippers.
Yonge Street Tavern. My after work Friday happy hour pub. Used to see Paul Bradley of "goin down the road" fame in there all the time. Chatted with him once.
The Colonial . Saw A Foot in Cold Water and Dizzy Gillespie there. Not on the same night.
The Forge. Saw the Canned Heat with Harvey Mandel and Bob "the bear" Hite. Original line up reunion.
Bemelmans. Great singles bar at the beginning of the 80's when the world still had optimism.
The Knob Hill. Saw Max Webster's first gig as Max Webster, (so their roadie told me) Saw Saga. Wireless. The Battered Wives. Ken Tobias.
Various Cabbage Town watering holes. After work Friday evenings.
All gone along with my ill spent youth. I barely exist anymore.

The Islington House on Dundas near Kipling
The Generator
A strip joint on Kipling just north of the Queensway called Jerry,s Place..later named the Kipling Steak House and Tavern
