Man driving pickup truck intentionally plows into crowd on Bourbon St. Officials calling it a terrorist attack. Driver fires upon LE after driving into crowd, explosives found. Suspect is dead.

He was Muslim by birth but apparently was a critic of Islam. There are too many unanswered questions to determine what the motive was in that attack.

Could the guy have spent the last decade+ being a prominent anti-Islam activist who was wanted by Saudi authorities simply as a plant? Maybe. Of course the more likely situation was him knowing it would just cause more anger from the anti-Muslim crowd who don't care about facts.

Considering how scheming the GOP are right now and how gullible their followers are with them trying to tie this attack to illegal immigrants despite him being American born ....
