Your examples are factually incorrect.Maybe, but it won't be in a Hab's uniform...they'll trade him after the playoffs. It seems to me that Montreal consistantly brings more great young goaltenders up through the ranks than any other team, only to put them directly in the fire and expect far too much far too soon, looking for their next "Patrick", and if they don't get instant results, they trade them....Thibault, Theodore, Huet and now Price. Being a Montreal fan, it pisses me off and I hope Price does find himself on a team next year that will allow him to develop and become a star for them.

Burke wants to build a version of the Broad Street bullies in Toronto. He really blew it with the Kessel trade. Boston chose not to keep him for a reason. They knew they could fleece someone in a trade and they couldn't resign all their RFA/UFAs last year. Kessel is not a team guy, so he had to go. Considering what they got for him, it was a wise decision. Most teams have to tank in order to get those kind of draft picks. Boston will be laughing for years.
Kessel is only 22 and he was a first round pick himself so he is worth one first round draft choice BUT we gave up TWO first round picks and one of those could be a first OVERALL pick.i just cant believe we gave up such a high draft pick for kessel. its simply crazy.

i'd have to agree with this especially the way he's been playing this season. i can count on one hand the number of games luongo has "stolen" for the canucks this season. not good for someone who had a $7.5 million cap hit this year ($10 million next year). he's a good goalie but he doesn't deserve all the praise he gets.I'd have to say Roberto Luongo is overrated... not the most, but quite suitably in the top 10.
