Totally agree, from about 2008 to 2015 was the golden age, heard it was even better, when all the eastern European girls were coming over but that was before my time.

Canadians on welfare, don't get free University or College. They will qualify for OSAP and they use to get some grants.

Compare that to refugees from Ukraine, who have children that are enrolled in University and getting an allowance to boot. My friends's daughter goes to Brock University, I am sure this is happening all over.
