If you are making a claim then the onus of providing proof is on you. So far, there is no proof.

But let us say hypothetically there is proof, and Nijjar was indeed killed by the Indian govt. agents. Well, in that case good fucking riddance with that terrorist. If Canada is going to shelter these guys, and is not going to prioritize Indian sovereignty, then India has to get it done. So I although I would agree it is unacceptable from a Canadian POV, it would be justified for India to act.

Modi or India doesn't have to do a damn thing. India or Modi will face ZERO consequences even if proven true.

OTOH your buddies in Pakistan can't even keep a Prime Minister. 😂
See how I have proven that you are not a Christian and indeed a BJP supporter. You have absolutely no proof of Nijjar's acts of terrorism that has been garbaged by our Intel services. As yet you have not proven that I am from "Pakistan". You are hilarious kautilya...... :D 😅😂:ROFLMAO:

Yet you defend Modi who is despised by the actual Indian Christians, Jews, Sikhs, and Muslims!!

Well some reading and learning for you!!

At Least 400 Indian Christians Have Faced Persecution So Far This Year

According to a New Delhi-based human rights group report, there has been an increase in violence against Christians in India.

The report from the United Christian Forum highlighted 400 incidents in 23 states in India. Last year over the same period in early 2022, that number was 274.

According to the report, most incidents occurred in Uttar Pradesh, India’s most populous state, with 155 incidents.

In second place was Chhattisgarh with 84 cases, Jharkhand with 35, and Haryana with 32.
Uttarakhand, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Delhi, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Chandigarh and Goa each had fewer than five violent incidents against Christians.
In June, the Christian community in India averaged three attacks or violent incidents per day.
Christians are also facing more persecution in these areas, according to the UCF.
In Manipur, about 130 Christians have been killed, and some 400 churches destroyed.
Christians in the area have faced police complaints (63) and the incarceration of pastors (35).
A.C. Michael, UCF’s National Coordinator, says the group has petitioned the Supreme Court about the increase in attacks in India and false complaints against Christians, The Christian Post reports.
In many cases, Michael said the reports and complaints against Christians are filed by third parties, such as the Hindu nationalist group, rather than “victims.”
Michael is asking for a Special Investigation Team of retired senior police officers to examine the lists of incidents.
“It is high time special laws were enacted to instill a sense of fear of the law among those who involve themselves in mob violence,” he said.
Two thousand twenty-one was the “most violent year” for Christians in India, with at least 486 reported violent incidents.
“In almost all incidents reported across India, vigilante mobs composed of religious extremists have been seen to either barge into a prayer gathering or round up individuals that they believe are involved in forcible religious conversions,” said that year’s report by the UCF.

The UCF said the high incidence of Christian persecution is due to “impunity,” in which “such mobs criminally threaten, physically assault people in prayer, before handing them over to the police on allegations of forcible conversions.”

More proof that Modi is curtailing real democracy and rights for minority religions in India:

Amnesty International Shutters Offices in India, Citing Government Attacks
The organization’s premises have been raided and its bank accounts frozen. The actions, it says, are reprisals for criticizing the country’s human rights record.

BJP is a political party. Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Jains, Christians and people of every other religion support them and vote for them. BJP is not a "Hindu" party. This shows your ignorance.

Nijjar's role in terrorism has been documented in the dossier that the Indian government shared with Canada, only for the incompetent CSIS to ignore it because "Trudeau said so".

Here is some evidence:

You keep on showing the same link from NDTV. This media got taken over by Adani a Modi ass kisser. Would I believe a word that is uttered by this media as it has no credibility for the following reasons after it was taken over by Adani:

Prannoy and Radhika Roy quit as directors of the board of NDTV promoter RRPRH last November. A day later, noted journalist Ravish Kumar resigned from the channel.

In early January, the channel’s group president Suparna Singh resigned, as did chief strategy officer Arijit Chatterjee and chief technology and product officer Kawaljit Singh Bedi. Sreenivasan Jain then announced that his three-decade journey with NDTV had come to an end. Three days later, Nidhi Razdan tweeted her resignation too.

Watch Newslaundry’s interview with Ravish on why his decision to quit wasn’t “just emotional”.
Where did I state that it was a "Hindu Party". Stop making up this crap. We know that there are very small percentages of Jews, Christians and Muslims who support the BJP. The majority despise him and that percentage will increase in the next elections. Also this survey states that:

Fewer than a third of Buddhists (29%), Muslims (19%), Sikhs (19%) and Christians (10%) say they voted for the BJP in the 2019 parliamentary election.

Western organizations like Amnesty International act with certain agenda to both slander the nation and to push a certain narrative of India overseas, because that is how they make money. They also are frequently caught breaking the law, as in the case of the BBC. Infact Amnesty International violated the FCRA. So I completely support investigations against these foreign entities that seek to make money, break the law and earn political clout at the expense of India. 🐸
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah!! There you go, and are defending Modi's autocratic style rule as he hates the real defence of minority religious rights!!

Once again the BBC and Amnesty International were not discovered to be "breaking any laws" in India except to report the truth. Why was BBC's documentary banned? Watch it and discover the real truth that implicated Modi in his State of Gujarat!!

NDTV is left wing and a credible news source. Unless of course you are arguing that anything that doesn't align to your views isn't the truth, which I hear is common in Pakistan 😂

Of course the majority of minority religions will vote for other parties, but I already explained how that works. Many of the parties they vote for will eventually support the BJP at the center by joining the NDP. That does not take away from what I said.

You on the other hand claimed that you proved I am not Christian, because I support BJP, while quoting statistics that show that atleast 10% of Christians do support BJP. 😂🐸
Okay, tell me what I have stated that makes me someone who is from "Pakistan"? One sentence or one remark? Then, how different is Frankfooter when he has the same arguments as I have throughout this thread? Obviously you will have no proper response!! 😅 :ROFLMAO:

The Christians who support him will definitely not support his stance on how he has responded to the violence against minority groups.

Ever since NDTV got taken over by Adani, the whole shift on that Media has changed rapidly:

Oh this is like Trump's argument for Putin. "Putin said he didnt do it" lol. Of course Amnesty International broke the FCRA. And got raided. And of course they are going to deny.

BBC violated tax laws. Got raided.

Everyone one of these foreign NGOs, and organizations that make money off of India, while slandering the nation, and breaking the country's laws and gaining political clout should rightfully be subject to law enforcement action.
Bullshit. Exposing India's clampdown on certain religious minorities was the ONLY REASON for their raids on both the BBC and Amnesty International. Trump is a dummy and has no parallels in this argument. ROTFLMAO!!

"However, Sikhs calls for separation is does not mean that it automatically has to be designated as an act of "terrorism". We have seen that in Quebec where there were violence incidents, however the referendums went ahead and the rule of democracy prevailed. Modi will never have a referendum"
I voted in one of those referenda in Quebec.

Anyone can buy a business, so what? NDTV is a well regarded, and well respected news source.

And your entire line of argumentation, is 100% Pakistani. You won't argue the facts of this case, or about the Khalistani movement, because you know you will lose that argument and you know your ulterior motive is to support people who want to hurt India. Essentially it is Pakistan's wet dream. So you wanna keep bringing up Hindu Nationalism etc, that has nothing to do with this particular discussion or this thread for that matter. This is enough proof.
Why would some of the most respected staff of NDTV leave all at once after it was purchased? Several of their Board of Members and Journalists resigned. It used to be a respected news outlet, but is no longer so since Adani acquired it. We know how Modi used his private jet when he was inaugurated as PM:

Acquisition of NDTV by the Adani group led by billionaire Gautam Adani, who has close ties to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, raised widespread negative reactions and criticism from prominent Western media outlets like The Guardian, Washington Post and Bloomberg among others.[95][96][97][98] The takeover attempt was also described to resemble the takeover of the largest news broadcaster Network18, that had occurred earlier under Mukesh Ambani, another billionaire with close ties to Narendra Modi.[99][100] The Delhi Union of Journalists released a statement raising concerns that two "oligarchs" were taking over independent news broadcasters and stifling critical journalism at the behest of the ruling establishment.[101] Presenter Ravish Kumar resigned from the channel in protest over what he called the new owner's lack of independence from the government.[102]

The takeover by Adani led to resignations by many prominent members of the channel. The list included journalists Ravish Kumar, Sreenivasan Jain, Nidhi Razdan and Sarah Jacob, channel’s group president Suparna Singh, Chief Strategy Officer Arijit Chatterjee, Chief Technology and Product Officer Kawaljit Singh Bedi.[103][104][105]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NDTV#cite_note-105

So this NDTV has lost all credibility, just like Network 18 that was purchased by Ambani.... another Modi lover!!

Once again that "Pakistani Shit" is all you have with zero proof!! But Modi should concentrate on the real terrorists that freely roam in India:

Of course those while this is occurring in India with real acts of terrorism, all the India news media do is to attack the Sikhs who are protesting the killing of Nijjar Singh and Trudeau!!

Nope. BBC violated tax laws, and Amnesty International violated the FCRA. They should be raided and charged per the law. For too long, these NGOs and organizations have been placated and allowed to operate with impunity. It is time to put your foot down, and deal with these guys. If they cannot follow the law, they are free to leave.
Bullshit, as this was all to do with the retaliation of the BBC Documentary:

The vendetta against Amnesty International was another example as Modi cannot stand Free Speech and anyone critical of its violation of human rights:

So what? The guy is a private citizen and he has a right to support whichever politician he wants. That does not have anything to do with NDTVs credibility.

The Indian news media will definitely attack Khalistanis, who are terrorist dirtbags. As it is the right thing to do.

Again tell me, what right do Canadian citizens have a right to demand India's breakup? None. Why don't you see a problem with it? Because it is a wet dream for you and your buddies in Pakistan. 🐸. Hence proved!
Again, I think that Pakistan is worse than India with respect to human rights and their support for terrorists organizations. But you just cannot comprehend this simple fact as you are terribly biased towards the Modi Government, that none of my Christian buddies from India would touch with a barge pole!! The real Khalistan terrorists were brought to justice or eliminated, and yet the real terrorists in India who have burnt down the Christian churches, as well as raped and paraded Christian women naked on the streets are walking free and Modi is very hush hush about it. All the Christians, Muslims, Jews, and Hindus with integrity have condemned him for it. You are the only exception!!

Nope there is no one.

Modi has done a lot of good for India.

For you, if the Indian court system acquits Modi, then they cannot be trusted, because they are Indian.
If Indian publications put out news, that cannot be trusted, because they are Indian.
If an Indian educates you on the history and context behind Hindu Nationalism, that cannot be trusted, because I am Indian.

The only ones you can trust are western publications and analysts who dont know jack about anything India related.

That is the kind of colonial racism I am referring to and accusing the BBC of. You are free to hold on to those notions, because they are yours. But don't pretend to know anything about India, because you do not.

And none of this has anything to do with the Khalistan movement which is what this thread is about. Even if Modi was a POS that you did not like, what does that have anything at all to do with terrorism that Canada is condoning? Nothing. They are unrelated issues and those issues you have with India are not your problems anyway. Your ONLY problem are the terrorists that are being sheltered by Canada.
India needs to co-operate and be patient. What they call evidence probably won't hold up in Canadian courts.

There is a process to all of this. A couple pictures and a travel record doesn't equate to a global terrorist. At least no over here.

Yeah because if the BBC said so lol. BBC is an indophobic news outlet that routinely reeks of colonial racism. And Modi is "alleged" to have? Again you have no proof. I guess if someone alleges something against someone you dont like you'd consider them guilty.
Trashing news sources is basically saying, "The facts are inconvenient for me and they cause cognitive dissonance".

India does not have to do anything. Canada made the accusation so it is on them to use the intel provided to them and come up with anything specific for India to react to. India is in no hurry. This is Canada's problem because Trudeau made it so.
Intel came from the US and Canada.
It was the Five Eyes that reportedly have diplomatic communications implicating Modi's India.

U.S. Provided Canada With Intelligence on Killing of Sikh Leader
American intelligence gave assistance, but communications intercepted by Canada were more definitive in linking India to the killing of Hardeep Singh Nijjar.

They don't have to do anything. But if Canada wants to investigate a murder and India refuses to assist, what's that suppose to mean? What type of Government in India is that?

Trudeau is right to bring this issue up behind close doors, He is wrong for doing this publicly. He's putting innocent people at risk now, he's compromising US intelligence and surveillance methods, and has put a strain international relations.

It is the BBCs position and intent towards India as a country that matters.

Let me explain.

Let's say India launches a rocket and puts a satellite in orbit.

Regular news outlet headline: "India launches PSLV rocket and puts earth sensing satellite in orbit".

BBC headline: "India launches rocket as over 30% of India lives on less than $1.25 a day".

Now you have to ask what is the intent behind that headline? Is it to report the truth? Or is it intended to be a put down of a country that is trying hard to succeed? Mind you it is both true that India launched the rocket and 30% of India lives on less than 1.25 a day. But what was the need to combine two unrelated facts?

The reason is that it is meant to be a racist put down of the nation, reinforce racist stereotypes of Indians, reduce its status in the world, downplay its successes and overplay its shortcomings, and most importantly it is meant to keep India's image in the world as a poor, destitute, 3rd world nation, that is more fitting with western perceptions. This has directly resulted in harm to Indians in many cases such as the Leipzig University controversy.

So they are not welcome. I think such anti-India news outlets, NGOs who work against India, and make money in the process, should outright be banned. India being a country of laws, waited for a loophole, where BBC broke tax laws and they used that to raid them. I don't think they are still banned in India though.

Go north to south, east to west in India and see what Indians themselves think of the BBC. So if Indians don't want the BBC, then India has a right to ban them. Which to my knowledge they haven't yet.
Irrelevant.

As you said:
Trashing news sources is basically saying, "The facts are inconvenient for me and they cause cognitive dissonance".

You are rehashing the same thing. Yes we know the intel came from the Five Eyes. We know there is video of multiple assailants killing Nijjar.

What does that say of India conducting those attacks? Nothing.
Wrong.

The evidence is serious enough that both the US and Canada are calling out Modi.
This is accusation is not just from JT and Canada.

You have zero evidence to back up your position and only your own racist bias against Sikhs.

It is a government that does not take orders from a foreign nation. Canada cannot say "Jump" and expect India to ask "How high?". I agree with your second point though. Should have been done through diplomatic channels. India is after all a friendly country to Canada.
Take orders? Trudeau politely asked for assistance and co-operation in a murder investigate.

It's either you assist or you obstruct.
