A movement that killed 329 people and 288 Canadians, many more back home, where members establish militant factions and train in Pakistan cannot be considered minor even if their current activity is reduced.

Also as long as evidence isn't provided India isn't involved.
No doubt there are Sikhs who are terrorists; that's why Canada has designated Sikh groups as terrorists. Canada has also dismissed Indian claims that Nijjar was involved in that terrorism which is why it seems India sent people to take care of him.

Just watched this 2007 CBC documentary - Holy! cow I had no idea about all this.
so it just means Sr. Trudeau, Jr Trudeau, and other politicians have been hobbying around with 5% of sikhs who used to support these movements.

Even then it wouldn't be. Your comment shows me that you have no idea of what Hindu Nationalism is. Hindu Nationalists are not some elusive group of ultra-nationalists. Neither is it some far right political movement. It is an identity. This is why Hindu Nationalist organizations in India, especially the biggest one in India, the RSS, even has a Muslim wing. There are also Christians who join RSS.
Probably doesn't say that in The Guardian so how would he know that?

Political disagreements aside, Trudeau is getting torn apart on these youtube channels.

This Indian media is worse than FoxNews.
IKR…it’s a literal barrage of fake news from Indian sites, Russian sites, etc. I even saw someone threatening that India is going to launch a nuclear strike against Canada. India is having a meltdown over this.

BBC is being investigated for breaking the law in India.

And western media do not understand India so if you are truly interested in knowing about India then you'd take them with a grain of salt and read some Indian history.

That said India IS a flawed democracy. So is the US. But a democracy regardless.
They were so called "breaking the law" coincidentally when the Documentary about Modi was released.

The Indian cops should be raiding Modi's Home if they really want to see someone actually breaking the law!!

Modi's personal net worth is like $400K. So yeah nice try. He is not a corrupt leader. Go raid your Imran Khan's home if you want to find out who is really corrupt lol.

And yeah the BBC underpaid their tax liabilities and acknowledged it. They need to follow the law like everybody else failing which they should be investigated.
Where did you get that $400K from? Here it states at least $2.5 Million overboard.

Probably millions more under the table ties with one of the the world's richest Billionaires called Adani:

Go on and keep on denouncing the Pakistani figureheads as I do not give a shit about them. You obviously have zero logic on any arguments, as you are proving to be a Hindu Nationalist!!

Yeah some obscure website called datatrained. 😂

Here is your glorious leader who is now implicated in murder, corruption and other charges.

OTOH:

You are once again ass kissing Modi. Where do I support Imran Khan like you allege? Show me some proof for a change rather than keeping on making your fake allegations about who My so called leader". Once again you are hilarious!! 😅😂:ROFLMAO:

The Economic Times is a Modi kiss asser news media. Obviously, you cannot accept The Guardian's real proof of Modi's connection with Adani and the under the table money that he has probably received for his favourable polices to the Adani crooked ways. No wonder that he banned the BBC's Documentary about "India: The Modi Question". It revealed everything about his actual ties to the terrorists in the Gujarat State while he was CM. Not surprising that The BBC's Office was raided shortly afterwards with zero evidence of any tax violations. The present status is that the BBC stated that they will fully co-operate, unlike India who refuse to co-operate with the investigation of Nijjar!!

Sure, and he's got stacks and stacks of 1,000 rupee notes that will surprisingly become valued again some day.....

A little history reminder to the violence after Ghandi raided the Golden temple and then was assassinated by Sikhs.
Frenzied mobs of young Hindu thugs, thirsting for revenge, burned Sikh-owned stores to the ground, dragged Sikhs out of their homes, cars and trains, then clubbed them to death or set them aflame before raging off in search of other victims.

Witnesses watched with horror as the mobs walked the streets of New Delhi, gang-raping Sikh women, murdering Sikh men and burning down Sikh homes, businesses and Gurdwaras (Sikh houses of worship). Eyewitness accounts describe how law enforcement and government officials participated in the massacres by engaging in the violence, inciting civilians to seek vengeance and providing the mobs with weapons.

The pogroms continued unabated, and according to official reports, within three days nearly 3,000 Sikhs had been murdered, at a rate of one per minute at the peak of the violence. Unofficial death estimates are far higher, and human rights activists have identified specific individuals complicit in organizing and perpetrating the massacres.

“Almost as many Sikhs died in a few days in India in 1984 than all the deaths and disappearances in Chile during the 17-year military rule of Gen. Augusto Pinochet between 1973 and 1990,” pointed out Barbara Crossette, a former New York Times bureau chief in New Delhi, in a report for World Policy Journal.

We don't want that violence brought here or restarted.

And they are not here. The only violent ones HERE are the Khalistanis who killed 329 people. And they continue to attack, kill and beat up anyone who speaks against them per the video posted just a page ago or so. So am afraid you have already brought that violence here, only you have been worried about the wrong people.

And that article says nothing new. It's still hot air.
I'm just saying that your personal and rather biased view that the Khalistanis are more violent is not accurate.
Nobody should bring that crap here, leave it at the border.
That should include your own views on Sikhs as much as Sikhs should leave violence at the border.

You don't realize this but your view that Sikhs are Khalistanis is akin to saying all Muslims are terrorists.

And yes, the Khalistani movement by definition, is a militant and separatist movement. My view is based on their actions - bombing of Air India Flight 182, attacking people HERE in Canada who dare call them out, celebrating the Air India Flight 182 terrorists as saints publicly and in their Gurudwaras, being Canadian citizens and engaging in violent gang activities and crimes in Canada, engaging in targeted killings in India and so on. So yes, the Khalistanis ARE violent.

Did you watch, Terry Milewski's report for CBC posted earlier in this thread to understand the Khalistani movement in Canada? You should give it a watch.
It is a separatist movement by definition, one that was responsible for violence in retaliation to violence from Ghandi 30 years ago.
Its as violent as Hindu nationalists and perhaps less so recently.

Either way, neither groups should be allowed to commit political violence here and nobody should be supporting political violence.

I agree with the last 2 statements in general.

However, the Khalistani movement is the only one committing violence HERE. And they continue to.

They also commit violence in India, which is why India is concerned. If all they did was to take an anti-Indian and peaceful advocacy for separatism position, while not attacking the Indian High Commission or people in India, then I don't think we'd have an issue. That would just be freedom of speech, which isn't the case today.
No, CSIS and the US say that the Indian government is the only one committing violence here.
Modi, like Putin and rump, deny all charges.

No they don't say that. They say they have SIGINT and HUMINT. What does the intelligence say and to what extent was India involved, if at all? We don't know. We will never know. So that conclusion of yours, is as good as believing Trudeau's word, which you are free to, but it is just hot air.

And no, even if India did send agents to kill this guy, the Khalistanis commit and over the years have committed far more violence on Canadian soil and against Canadians, than India would have. Infact, considering all that, India probably would have done Canada a favour lol. Trudeau should be thanking Modi. 😂
I know, you don't believe the Canadian government, you only believe the Indian government.
Nothing new from you here.

They are having a meltdown. They've pretty much called everyone in government and sikh leaders terrorists in Canada.

Meanwhile Hindu Nationalist riot and rape, they turn a blind eye.
