Can't just sit back and say that Microsoft is an evil money-grubbing business.... if you've ever bought a Microsoft product, you're condoning their business practices.....
I do not like Microsoft's business practices, but I buy lots of their product. I buy it because I need my computers to function properly. I know guys who have made their business irrelevant, because they insist on running Linux, it can be hard decision. I think you have to weigh up how bad the business practices are, and what your alternatives are, it is not black and white. I do not like Toronto's municipal government, but I still go to Toronto. In the same way, boycotting Microsoft would hurt me more than it would hurt them.
