If the party had a mechanism in place to remove a leader instead of refusing to allow a leadership review then this doesn't happen.

A political party is a private entity who's goal is to get elected. That is all it is. It's not guaranteed survival, nor is there any legal obligation to let them get their act together.

They placed themselves in this position by keeping Trudeau as leader. They make their own rules and therefore can change them. Unless you are stating they are not so democratic?

It's the party's fault across the board. No scapegoating will save them.
Which Party has removed their Leader? We know that prior to the 2015 Elections there were several Conservative MPs that stepped down or even joined The Liberals and wanted Harper to resign.

It was purely Harper's decision to stay on. The Conservative Party made no attempts to remove him and he eventually lost by a landslide to the Liberals.

Did you then blame the Conservative party then? The FACT is both Harper and Trudeau had a mandate for up to 4 years and it was up to them if they wanted to step down!!

The difference is that Trudeau had much more pressure from his caucus and he then resigned!!

It was to show fundraising capabilities. When it's this quick the money can realistically only appear from Big donors or the candidate. It is telling.

It was to clear out anyone who wasn't going to owe big donors.
Donors donate whether big or small amounts. Does not mean that you "owe" them back in $ amounts for their donations!!

He is a former Goldman Sachs, and more recently a board member of Brookefield assets. Showed up to his humble roots announcents to show he is a man of the people in a Rolls Royce stretch limo.

He is a part of the club that created the income inequality.

Yes, Harper had the guts to see things to the end. Trudeau ran away. We see that.

The party doesn't get a break for that. They are a private entity.

Of course the righties as usual will try to tarnish Carney's reputation though he is held to a much higher esteem than Pee Pee who has no real plan and is all about groaning and moaning!!

There is a huge difference between Carney being at a party where the two were attending compared to Trump being pals and good friends with the Epstein duo. To compare the two situations is ludicrous.
Hahaha...yeah sure...

If there was a pic of Poilievre with her you would be having a stroke.

The hypocrisy of the left never ceases to amaze.

Harper paid the price for his so called "guts".
The Conservatives then got a trashing. At least when push has come to shove, Trudeau has decided to step down!!
