Visiting a local courthouse is not comparable to statistics. As for statistics, if there are none. Excuses that they are 'difficult' to find are irrelevant, if you cannot find them. Then what is the point of mentioning it?

Stating that blacks are the cause of all your social problems is incredibly stupid. They make up a negligible portion of Toronto's population.

I'm not stating that blacks are the cause of all the social problems at all, I don't believe this. But what I do believe is that individuals in the Jamaican community are responsible for a disproportionate amount of crime in Toronto. It's not about the colour of the skin, it's about the values of that culture.

Even members of "the community" are saying "the community" has a "problem" and the police has acknowledged that some members of "the community" have been talking to them but the police needs more help from "the community".

True. Accept it or not... As long as there are hiphop music videos and a culture that portray nothing more than bling, big tits, ass, prison life, guns, thug life etc, this problem will never go away.. People change as they grow wiser and older but younger generation will likely follow the same footsteps and be up to no good.
