Yet another uninformed racist statement from the dumb ass right.if you remember when Trump in his first disastrous turn as president refused to help California with funds to fight fires saying they should learn to manage their forests better. It was well known back then that he refused help because California is a blue state.
Its clear from the arguments here that had LA just elected a white mayor the fires would never have happened.

If they were prepared, there would be enough water pressure...there wasn't.

Containment in days with 100mph winds?
I have read many comments from former and current firefighters and they all say that when a wildfire fueled by 100mph winds gets going, there is no "water pressure" that can stop it.
Wildfires with slower winds have taken months, not days to contain.

What evidence are you looking for exactly? My evidence is that LA is on fire and no one prevented it from getting so bad and no one can control it now.
Where's your evidence that they were totally prepared and did everything correctly to ensure they were protected from these types of fires?

Wildfires happen due to natural phenomena like lightning or criminal activity such as arson.
No amount of preventative efforts can actually prevent wildfires.
You made the claim that they were not prepared at all, that the 2% budget cut severely limited their ability to respond, that "water pressure" was not adequate even as experienced fire fighters were saying no amount of water pressure can quell wildfires fueled by 100mph winds.
I never made any claims because neither do I work for the LAFD nor am I a firefighter.
I said it is likely that they already had readiness plans.
It is a reasonable to expect that they would likely have such plans given that wildfires happen frequently in California.
So the onus of presenting evidence for the claims you have made, is on you.
