Actually I didn't as I don't really give a crap.As if you did not know where Montreal was in the standings before you posted that comment.

Inside information?Brown is out. Injured during his scrap in the Philly game.
Mike Brown took a 5 minute major. Leafs are killing the penalty now.Brown is out. Injured during his scrap in the Philly game.
I saw the game differently. I thought Montreal came out much faster and had the Leafs on their heals for the first 10 minutes. The Leafs did come around and for the most part played pretty hard until the latter part of the game. However, whenever the Leafs played hard, Montreal still managed to play harder. The shots were 40-22, indicative of the territorial play. That sucked to high heaven...
Toronto came out fast, hitting hard just as I hoped. That penalty from the hit by Brown was the games turning point, and to me, ruined the game. The hit was not bad, calling a 5min major was insane.
For the second straight time, Brown was lost for the balance of the game. Goal scored on the 5min PP was terrible luck, as would be the next Montreal goal too.
After the 5min Penalty, Toronto stopped the physical game and it allowed Prust to take charge, and Monteal to take control. Maybe Toronto was afraid to tap another guy in fear of another 5min PP.
The whole Leaf team was just flat, and had no legs after that major ended.
Montreal was not super, but solid all game. Just waited for chances to pounce, and kept all the pressure in Torontos end. Nothing to do but look ahead to the next one. Just don't like that Major call at all, and unsure why Toronto stopped playing hard/physical after the major ended.
Toronto rarely outshoots the other team. The 5 minute major and the phantom faceoff when Bozak raised his stick because he wasn't ready were killers. The shots were 40-22, indicative of the territorial play.
I noticed that at the time and didn't like it.As for Grabs, do you believe how slow he came in?..lol
Just going by the Toronto Sun sports report in Wed. paper. Leafs would have been better off not having Brown in the game as it turned out. They can't expect to go far if they continue to be badly outshot every game.Orr will dress, Brown is out. Injured during his scrap in the Philly game.
I'd say this is such a childish idiotic comment and nothing else..

Plan ahead.Born in 68. Is it too much for me to ask that my beloved Leafs win a cup while I'm still actually alive?
Depends on how long you live I guess.Born in 68. Is it too much for me to ask that my beloved Leafs win a cup while I'm still actually alive?
Now we need to get players who are winners to come play for us.Ok, I'll go out on a limb and predict that the next Canadian team to win the Cup (whenever that is) will be the Maple Leafs. The new owner Bell is a winner and they will produce a winner. Randy Carlyle is a winner as well.
We can develop our own winners. Reimer is a winner. Jake Gardiner is 22 and can play for another 15 years. Kadri is only 22. Kessel is only 25.Now we need to get players who are winners to come play for us.
