What if: Leafs beat Tampa in 6, Leafs beat Florida in 7, Leafs win next round in 6, Leafs win finals in 7. Decipher the code and you got 67 and 67. The year the Leafs lost the cup.
Lol that would be a crazy coincidence.

The leafs won 2 out of 3 games against the Panthers this year. I don't think the series will go go to game 7.

You’re negative when they lose a series, you’re negative win they win a series…what a bummer of a guy you are.

Your opinion of Dubas being re-signed means nothing because you have no input or idea on it.
If my opinion means nothing to you, why did you go back through the threads and all my posts to try and find something to discredit me with? For someone who doesn't like what I have to say and tries hard to convince everyone what I say is meaningless and without merit, you sure spend a lot of time worrying about what I say! On to 'ignore' you go along with supershithead88 who's stupidity I also no longer need to see. Bye Felicia.

Well, the Leafs by beating Tampa, have done better in the playoffs, then they have in the last 20 years!! IMHO, Dubas and Keefe, will definitely get offered new contracts, regardless of what happens to the Leafs, from here on in.
I hear you but I'd counter with 'that's a pretty low bar based on the money/other spent by MLSE to bring in the new talent at the deadline and keep the existing core together the past few years.' Keefe I can see as safe, but this team needs to go further than round 2 for Dubas to be re-signed. If I'm being honest, wouldn't surprise me to see him wind up in Pittsburg somehow after this season.

Bruin fans are stunned.
Panthers beat BOS by outworking them. BOS got too cocky and stopped working, always underestimating the FLA work ethic. It was never on display more than game 7 where FLA just never stopped grinding right through overtime. Leafs will need to work a shit ton harder and more consistently than they did against TB if they're going to beat this FLA team. Samsonov will need to keep standing on his head, Leafs D will need to be consistently better as will 3rd and 4th lines.

not always sure...

Always appreciate your posts.

I'm very happy for Paul Maurice
When the Leafs played Carolina in the playoffs back in 2002 it was coached by none other than Paul Maurice

Boston's regular season will be forgotten as a nothing burger.
Boston lost in the first round last year as well.

Let's not forget Florida won the Presidents Trophy last year.
They won the first round then got swept in 4 by TB in the 2nd round.

Boston and Florida into Game 7 Overtime!!! 😱

Interesting stat: Since the first President's Cup has been rewarded in the 1985-86 season, only 8 winners have won the Stanley Cup, and 7 have been turfed in the first round. That's why sports is so great because you just can't predict the outcome.
Maybe they should call it the FU trophy.

As a Habs fan, there is advantages to either team winning next round.

If Panthers beat Leafs, of course its good.
If Leafs beat Panthers, the Habs pick (via Florida) stays at #15 rather than #25-#27.

Either way you're not getting Bedard.

Knies pass to Tavares.
I think Knies is having a dream post-season so far. Hope he keeps it up and will really cheer when (not if) he finally scores his first goal! Love watching that kid play, almost as much as I love watching Marner.

My cat is black. This comment makes as much sense as your reply.

Your post as a reply would actually make sense if the chance of the Habs not getting Berard was 100%.
I'm throwing out a scenario that actually has a 100% chance of happening.
