What the hell are you talking about? I want to see the personal conduct clause in the basketball HOF qualification process that you claim justifies him not being selected.

You got lost in the nuance of the lawyer's statement.

What else do we know about her family? Did her parents not give her money so that she had to work as a maid? I'd be depressed in that situation, too.

Anyway, the case is closed.
She didn't work as a maid but as overnight front desk staff. The maid was the DSK case.

The prosecution says she did not have sex following the Kobe assault. The defence spread that rumour.

Rape case against Kobe was rock solid?? You can access Wikipedia, right? Read below:

"It was revealed that she wore underpants containing another man's semen and pubic hair to her rape exam the day after the alleged incident. Detective Doug Winters stated that the yellow underwear she wore to her rape exam contained sperm from another man, along with Caucasian pubic hair. She told investigators that she grabbed dirty underwear by mistake from her laundry basket when she left her home for the examination... The evidence recovered by police included the T-shirt that Bryant wore the night of the incident, which had three small stains of the accuser's blood on it. The smudge was verified to be the accuser's blood by DNA testing.. A few weeks before the trial was scheduled to begin, the accuser wrote a letter to state investigator Gerry Sandberg. "I told Detective Winters that on that morning while leaving I had car troubles. That was not true. When I called in late to work that day that was the reason I gave my boss for being late. In all reality, I had simply overslept . . . I told Detective Winters that Mr. Bryant had made me stay in the room and wash my face. While I was held against my will in that room, I was not forced to wash my face. I did not wash my face.. Lindsey McKinney, who lived with the accuser, said the woman twice tried to kill herself at school by overdosing on sleeping pills. Before the alleged incident, the accuser, an aspiring singer, tried out for the television show American Idol but failed to advance."

She refused to testify in criminal court. But apparently received a US$2.5 Million civil settlement for her troubles.

It is patently possible the young woman saw a hefty payday in having sex with a celebrity and claiming rape. OJ comparison? You must be mentally deranged - as always.

Kobe Bryant made a mistake by having sex with someone he didnt know or wasnt paying. But he died while taking his daughter to a basketball game. And his charitable deeds were countless. A saint? No. Did he redeem himself? Absolutely!

LOL - another moron who probably has no understanding as to the source of "Wikipedia"

She was 19 and he was 24. Get your facts straight.

The irrational hatred for the guy by some has him on par with an alleged murderer OJ, and now as a pedophile. Give it a rest.

ROFL... says the guy who erroneously suggests "pedophilia" !!!

Oh I am not denying that whenever a famous black man violates the clause people look the other way (exhibit A: Kobe Bryant)
But its there nontheless

Fuck there was a news story just a few years ago about 2 famous players from the 70s who were ineligible as AFTER they retired they went to Vegas and worked in a casino (greeting and signing autographs)
But they were not big name enough so

There are tons of complaints about the Basketball Hall of Fame passing over far more successful people to let some seeming random choices in (esp less known collegiate players over accomplished NBA vets)
But noone can see votes (only HOF to hide voting) so no repercussions ever
Dude, there's no fucking clause like that. Plain and simple. Nice fabrication on your part though.

MLB does not require voters to release their selections.
NHL does not require members of the selection committee to release their choices.
