I never posted anything at all in this thread until my first post calling out your hypocrisy (post #50).
You did exactly what I did in that other thread. Then you continuously attacked me for not including a source.

No ceasefire can be made until hamas releases their hostages. See how easy it is to make excuses.
I know you think Arabs are sub-human but the ball is in Hamas' court. They can choose a ceasefire at any time they want but they keep rejecting the concept, desperately hoping that the Arab world will rise up during Ramadan and destroy Israel.
That's not the wording of the UN resolution.
Its states there must be a ceasefire and also the hostages should be returned.
Ceasefire first.
Israel chose to destroy a hospital that provided 30% of the health care in Gaza instead.
Israel chooses to starve a million children instead.
That's not what it says.
That is almost certainly what the Israeli government will use to excuse not participating in a ceasefire, but the UNSC resolution did not say the ceasefire was conditional on the hostages being released.

Neither has to go first.
Both are demanded as immediate.
(And for the hostages, immediate and unconditional.)
Hamas can't say "the ceasefire has to go first" and Israel can't say "the hostages have to be released first".
Both probably will insist on that and then refuse to obey, but if they say that's what the UNSC demanded, it's bullshit from both sides.
Of course you can.
If the other side decides they don't want to stop firing and kill their own hostages, that's on them.
But you can have no ceasefire and just say "we will leave the hostages in the public square" if you want.
There is no requirement for a formal ceasefire in order to release hostages.
It's easier, sure, but no one needs a ceasefire to do it.
Frank also claims that the hostages loved being kidnapped and kept in dungeons and raped several times a day because Hamas are freedom fighters. So maybe it would be cruel to release them back to their homes and families?
