I did not say he was bad for Canada. I said he does not say what he is going to do for Canada. So try again, Rich. And I already explained what stereotyping is and isn't, so go ahead keep crying about how the poor Israelis are being "StErEoTyPeD" for genociding the Palestinians. 😂

Then we can expect Obama to be indicted for his drone-strike murders ...

The petitioner turned to a private attorney who was willing to spread knowingly false claims of election fraud to spearhead his challenges to the election results.

The petitioner conspired with another private attorney who caused the filing in court of a verification signed by petitioner that contain false allegations to support a challenge.

Three private actors—two attorneys, including those mentioned above, and a political consultant—helped implement a plan to submit fraudulent slates of presidential electors to obstruct the certification proceeding. A petitioner and a co-conspirator attorney directed that effort.

"So those acts you would not dispute?" Barrett said. "Those were private, and you wouldn't raise a claim that they were official?"

Sauer said his side disputes all the allegations but said that all three scenarios are considered private acts.

"Justice Barrett's line of questioning boxed John Sauer in by making an admission that the core of the special counsel's indictment centers on unofficial acts for private benefit," law professor and constitutional attorney Anthony Michael Kreis told Newsweek on Thursday.

Not excusing the drone strike "murders" but Obama was acting as office holder. In pursuit of the United States' foreign policy. And using ONLY US officials. Not his own private lawyers and soliticing Libtard civillians to go take their DJI drones and murder anyone.

Also, this alleged crime would be charged in the ICC, not within the United States. Obama would have to be indicted by, and in the United States for his "drone strike murders" under US laws for it to become an issue for the SCOTUS.

Trump has been charged with crimes related to his actions as a defeated, lame-duck interim -holder office seeker.

He was indicted for already court-adjudicated conspiracies of frauds of creating false slates of elelctors, In pursuit of Trump's personal desire to remain in Office, contrary to specific Statutory Laws. Creating slates of elelctors is not part of any of the President's duties.

A YouTube comment: "When the act is self-serving, it's non-official, purely to illegitimately maintain oneself in power. No president should have immunity from prosecution on this crime."

Here is the audio recorded during this specific argument made in the SCOTUS

Why would your counter argument be "Trump could be convicted for even more crimes!" by using this line of argument.
Trump droned people all the time.

Or is your argument that since Trump removed the limits on civilian casualties, they wouldn't be crimes when he did them but since Obama still had those rule in place, it would?

News flash for you...It's been six years since Trump paid off Stormy...If he wasn't seeking reelection this wouldn't even see the light of day.
He still falsified business records to pay her. That is illegal. There are many criminals that get away with things, but I dont see any reason why Trump shouldn't get what is coming to him regardless of his campaign.

Probably true.
If he left politics, his electoral interference crimes would be less relevant.

But since he is running again, his previous violations against election law become important.

You really should get your head out of Trump and Biden's assess, and politics itself for a while. Get out and learn more in the real, everyday world before you start opining on such bullshit.

Tax and civil courts are OVERFLOWING with cases of falsified records, mis-allocating personal expenses as business expenses. Routine, and/or lifestyle audits of flashy assholes living beyond their taxable means result in soooo many cases of tax fraud that there are entire law firms and tens of thousands of tax and business lawyers running at full capacity to defend these criminals and fraudsters.

You ONLY know what you get fed from what you think is "your own research". There is an entire world of everyday reality beyond your fetish of US presidential politics. If anything, Trump has skated and been given wayyyy more deference because he is running for President. He knows his liberty depends on conning rubes like you and yours into doing his whining for him.

Maybe, just maybe if he had have just lived as an ostentateous bullshitting porn star fucking pig without his ego needing him to run for President, he's still only be in Court a few hundred times a yearfor ripping off his contractors and University students.
