Wyatt there has to be a middle ground somewhere, doesn't there?Yeah, Brett Baier could have turned it down a bit. However, Kamala seemed like she wanted to run out the clock at times. I thought he was aggressive, but he also knows his audience doesn't want an interview like Dana Bash or The View's Democratic Ya-Ya Sisterhood.
Yes, I would have preferred that Brett Baier turned it down one notch on the dial. I didn't care for the transgender surgery in prison question. That's just red meat for the Fox News audience. Immigration, Biden's decline and how would you be different were all necessary questions.Wyatt there has to be a middle ground somewhere, doesn't there?
That's an oversimplification. Trump often says things that liberals and many times the establishment don't want to hear. I actually don't see him fighting with interviews. Rather I see him challenging their biases and preconceived notions. Does he go on too long? Yes. Did he go on too long in 2016? Yes again. What the hell does Trump do. He fights with his interviewers and says nonsense. Kamala handled it better than Trump would've. She got up and left rather than spew nonsense for 2 hours.
Trump calls his interviewers "nasty people" and tells them to shut up. That's not someone who fights with people? lolThat's an oversimplification. So let's be fair to you. What was the big thing Kamala Harris said about her policies in the Brett Baier interview? What was the one takeaway she said that you think should convince some undecided voters to support her?
Fair enough, but in the ABC presidential debate, the two ABC moderators kept on asking Trump J6 questions etc. They also fact checked Trump and didn't fact check Harris. IMHO, Baier would have got in trouble with Fox management, if he didn't give Harris a tough interview!!Yes, I would have preferred that Brett Baier turned it down one notch on the dial. It was Harris who showed up late to the interview, and it was Harris' advisors who wanted her to leave the interview early!! I also thought that Harris was quite rude and hostile to Baier.Trump calls his interviewers "nasty people" and tells them to shut up. That's not someone who fights with people? lol
Brett Baier came out swinging. Where was her opportunity to talk about policy. If she was against a hostile foreign leader, she should sit there and answer the questions nicely while the other guy talks over her and berates her? She challenged his questions and then left as she should have.
IMHO, this interview won't get Harris very many undecided voters, to support her!!That's an oversimplification. That sounds a bit like a second-hand observation from a liberal commentator about a Trump interview. Do you care to post a clip of him telling an interviewer to shut up?Trump calls his interviewers "nasty people" and tells them to shut up. That's not someone who fights with people? lol
Actually this is an easy answer if you are paying attention. She could have elaborated on how she would manage the border better. Baier rightly pinned her on the 2021 failed legislation when Democrats controlled the Presidency and the Congress. If you're going to argue that the 2024 legislation was this big solution, you have to answer for 2021.Brett Baier came out swinging. Where was her opportunity to talk about policy.
