Any ideas on a good juicer? I'm not interested in a pricey model over $100. Something in the $50 to $70 range.

You can't get a good one for that price. I spent $300 over 12 years ago and mine is still going strong.

The cheaper ones will break in no time , better to spend a bit more and get something of value

+1. Not only will they break, they don't have the power to pulverize your fruit/veg/seeds properly. BlendTec FTW. But, hardcore juicers will preach about cold press machines. Now those are pricey!

You may want to look around, there are many articles nowadays that say juicers are not such a great idea like this one: http://www.cnn.com/2014/04/11/health/juicing-pros-cons/
You could get a load of glucose from the fruits and or carrots without the fiber that slows your sugar intake. You don't want to spend the money but the best would be something like the vitamix that liqufies the whole fruit or vegetable.

Just repeating what it says on the HBC website. I have this and it works great both as a Juicer and a Blender, cost less than buying 2 units, very powerful motor. As for Joe the Juicer, he's a good source of info and he's been seen around the world. And he recommends the Breville Juicer.

I guess you could eat fruits you like or is this part of your parole sentence?

Juicing is not just for fruits...it is to change it up a bit, have some variety. I still eat fruits, vegetables, lettuce, spinach, cooked, steamed fried...ect, ect., it is nice sometimes just to juice it up and create an interesting mix with fruits and vegetables. Just change it up a bit and keep it fresh...
