To be fair, he didn't predict that, he was a bit more subtle.

You assume shades of nuance with Dutchie that I don't think actually exist.

It's 2 years ago, but I remember him seriously asserting that all 50 or so judicial panels were corrupt and incompetent - which is what Dutch always says when he doesn't like a court ruling and thinks he could have done better than the actual judges.

But that was after the fact. Before hand, he didn't predict that they would win.
