Your math skills leave something to be desired. By my count 5,132,000 jobs have been created up to Nov 30, 2021. If Trump were still in office my guess would be that number would be well in excess of 6,000,000.5.8 million jobs created in 10 months vs 2 million jobs lost in 4 years

When Biden took office he inherited 190k cases a day, the same time last year C19 had not even hit the US yet, it was not until late March 2020 that the US started to get cases.
That's not true. The US started getting cases in late January 2020 and recorded its first death on Feb 6, 2020.

From Feb 6, 2020 to Jan 20, 2021 (Biden's inauguration) 433,643 Americans were dead by/with Covid19. That equates to 1,242 deaths per day.
From Jan 21, 2021 to Dec 7, 2021 353,421 Americans have died by/with Covid19. That equates to 1,104 deaths per day.
Simple answer they didn't have the guts. So they used the 'its not this courts jurisdiction excuse' to avoid applying the law. Knowing that if they did it could potentially lead to a mini civil war.
