Pee Pee voted against the funding of new affordable homes, something that was approved by the Councils and Provinces Nationwide. Yet he pretends that he is concerned about the houses for new home buyers. He voted against all programs such as Affordable Dental for Canadians on low Incomes. You forget that Carney was Trudeau's economic advisor for five years. What a disaster it has been. This is the reason Toronto has a housing crisis. Their goal is to have 100 million people by 2100. To do that they need to bring in about 750,000 yearly. That is total madness. I assume you already own a home so you probably do not care. But young people will be in a hole. They ask why are rents so high? Why I cannot own a home? Why is food so expensive?

Remember that harper was warned about House price rises were going to impact Canadians and he refused to intervene. Pee Pee was part of his cabinet who took advantage by owning multiple houses so that he can also benefit from the rentals. That is a big issue with numerous landlords who have purchased multiple properties, especially at a time when housing is an issue. You are living in an egg shell if you think that Canada is the only nation impacted by inflation and high grocery prices. We are seeing it globally due to the disruption of the supply chain and very important the effects of Climate Change impacts on crops globally!!
As for the Governor Bank of England, lol check out the Telegraph and listen to what the Brits say. He was a total disaster. The use of the act was declared unconstitutional. Let this be the last time government ever does this. Look at how much inflation they caused with covid mandates. What about all the supply chain disruptions caused by government covid mandates which forced people to take time off work for just having a cough and told to take a covid test? Ohhh dear, once again remember the number of senior citizens that were losing their lives from Covid, especially at Senior Homes where Doug Ford abolished all restrictions. It was a scandal at that time. Only when push came to shove did he SHUT DOWN The Economy. Same as all Provinces around Canada that did so. Now the USA had a much higher per capita Infections and Death rates as compared to Canada. Those involved with the Supply Chains such as the Truckers were directed to get vaccinated not only for their health benefit but for the rest of the Canadians that they were going to make contact with. The vast minority of them that refused such as The FreeDumb Convoy should have respected the mandate rather than their stupid demonstration for over a month that held the residents of Ottawa as hostages. On the other hand the majority of the truckers followed the mandates and maintained the Supply Chain at the Border. On the other hand the FreeDumb Truckers blockaded the flow of goods at the border even pissing off the Provincial Governments in Alberta, and Ontario causing Billions of dollars of interruptions on a daily basis. To the majority of Canadians including Doug Ford, the Federal Govt. was 100% correct to enact The Emergencies Act, as basics such as Food, Medicine and other Emergency goods that were required to save lives. Nothing dictatorial like what is going on currently south of the Border where The Constitution is violated on a daily basis!!
