I was a bit surprised to read that you got a refurbed 4S because on another Mac forum I read that someone got a new one. I didn't post anything then because it may be that he made a mistake. Then, this week someone else got a new replacement due to their battery's "inconsistent" performance.
The FOX news analogy isn't a really a great one (especially relating to Apple, you know Apples and Oranges).
You and I know that FOX doesn't have the greatest journalistic and news integrity -- but not everyones knows about it or cares (it's either Republican or Democrat)
Most people do some form of research before purchasing a smartphone. Stats show iPhone users are more intelligent and have higher spending power (Google it, it's there, but, I'm sure you are aware of it).

When you compare the S2 and iPhone4S, you can see which phone comes out on top for performance and capability.
