There are two, Rasmussen and Trafalgar, that are pro-Republican through thick and thin, and I believe Rasmussen had Trump winning in 2016.
One of the many great insights from the novel 1984 is that if you can't persuade people of something you want them to believe, just establish a Ministry of Truth. That's the game being played when pollsters seek to "rate" other pollsters on anything other than whether they correctly predicted the election result.
Same thing with so-called "fact checking".
Biden's lead has diminished over the last few days, at least according to RealClearPolitics average of polls:Rasmussen also has Trump at a 52% Approval Rating. No way he has that rating especially with his handling of the Covid-19 Pandemic that has been catastrophic!!
Even the right wing Daily Telegraph has his disapproval rating at 53% while his approval rating is 45%. We have to take Rasmussen's data with a pinch of salt:

I think it depends on whether the media is able to verify the story. If they can’t then they shouldn’t publish it. If other outlets are publishing the story then they can acknowledge this is happening while stating that they cannot independently verify this story.
