Wonder how many of the posters who refuse to get the Flu shot also refuse to wear condoms?

Or spend thousands of dollars to fill their lymph nodes with heavy metals, dyes and pigments of unknown origin and effect?

[h=1]‘Toxic’ tattoo ink particles can travel to your lymph nodes: study[/h]https://globalnews.ca/news/3746925/tattoo-ink-safety-lymph-nodes/

New research published in the journal Nature (Scientific Reports) found that nanoparticles from tattoos can travel to your lymph nodes.
Scientists from Germany and the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility in France analyzed the bodies of four donors with tattoos and compared them with two donors without tattoos.
They found that tissue samples from two of the inked donors had stained lymph nodes matching the elements on the pigments on their skin.

Among the nanoparticles were five elements that they identified as “toxic,” which were aluminum, chromium, iron, nickel and copper.
The tissue donors were anonymous, so the researchers did not have any health information about them. The study stopped short of suggesting that the nanoparticles can cause any adverse health effects.
But the researchers say their findings should be taken into account for those planning on getting tattoos.

“When someone gets a tattoo, they are often very careful in choosing a parlour where they use sterile needles that haven’t been used previously,” said one of the study’s authors, Hiram Castillo. “No one checks the chemical composition of the colours, but our study shows that maybe they should.”

Appealing to authority isn't always the best of decisions.
Sometimes it's a good idea to use your brain.
My brain tells me that experts who actually study the topic and are held to professional scrutiny know more about the topic than some ridiculous blogger and a guy who faked his data to sell his own flu vaccine.

Perhaps educate yourself, looking at both sides of the argument....
What other side? The only person in the medical field who ever made a link was Andrew Wakefield hand he was only trying to patent his own flu vaccine. Every study since then has found absolutely no connection other than an autism diagnosis often happens around the same age as flu vaccines (and that's only because autism diagnosis can only happen based on social interactions that aren't evident until a kid is a few years old).

No, not that I am against vaccines but whenever I get the flu shot I end up getting the flu.. i know i know.. it's only contains dead viruses but does it make my immune system weaker at the beginning and that is why I get the flu?
Only ways it is possible is if you have been exposed to the flu before or in the hours after getting the shot or if you are one of the small percent who's immune system isn't able to learn from the vaccine.

It is possible to get mild flu-like symptoms as your body 'practices' fighting the flu but that's it.

I am not anti Vax. Ive traveled alot and have had plenty of booster shots, however I wont get a flu shot because there are so many different strains of flu and most of the time the shot only covers a minority percentage. I haven't had the flu in over twenty years.
And soldiers shouldn't wear bullet proof vests because there are some parts of the body it doesn't cover?

I get what you're saying but they are not the same.

The bulletproof vest will always provide protection to the vital organs, except for the brain, but you are guaranteed to know exactly what protection you are getting going in. You can get the flu shot, but as Deeds mentioned if they got the wrong strain then you are getting zero protection. Even after getting the shot, you have no idea if your are going to have any protection from what you will come in contact with.

As well, aside from being cumbersome there are no bad things that can happen to you from wearing the vest. There may possibly be some negative side effects from a flu shot and there is no guarantee of effectiveness.

I think you need another analogy.

The problem with it is it varies a lot in efficacy. I did have one year where I got it and people in my office were dying and I just got a slight sniffle. But in recent years I have a hot tub, steam room routine when I get a sniffle that has served me quite well.

Just got it today. I have had it for the past five years and only once I caught a nasty cold/flu during peak season.

PS: for the people here who want to be Americans, a flu shot at Walmart is somewhere around $30.

Scientific vaccines vary in efficacy but your hot tub/steam room routine serves you quite well?

About as ridiculous as trying to commit suicide with a lethal homeopathic dose of cyanide!

(Do you really believe what you wrote or are you just trying to be funny ...like me?)

Same here. I usually kill it in the gym for 30min to 1hr then hit the steam room/hot tub/and sauna hard AF. Sometimes I do the steam cold shower routine for 1hr especially during winter. Helps strengthen the immune system. Sometimes I lie with my back exposed in snow from 1min to up to 5 minutes and windchill weather to help acclimate. I can’t remember last time I had a flu.

Wim Hof has a routine for this...

And if you ever do pick up something you can draw out the toxins with cupping.
