I don't remember Rhomneys face on poster on top that of a witch doctor, Hitler, or Joker. The birthers were a carnie show for the amusement of the double digit crowd. Yet you call the Obama campaigner goons.
im sorry I didnt know the Birthers were internal to Romneys campaign. You make the stooopidest comparisons.

and you call me stupid. I don't remember many democrats claiming to be birthers or challenging him on his birthright. I also see that you didn't refute the poster claim. I guess they were democrat infiltrators and not true supporters of Rhomney.

didnt Cutter or one of his Goonettes accuse Romney of causing someone to die from cancer?
Actually it was a guy named Soptic, who said this;

Joe Soptic in Priorities USA ad
: I don’t think Mitt Romney understands what he’s done to people’s lives by closing the plant. I don’t think he realizes that people’s lives completely changed.
When Mitt Romney and Bain closed the plant, I lost my health care, and my family lost their health care. And a short time after that my wife became ill.
I don’t know how long she was sick, and I think maybe she didn’t say anything because she knew that we couldn’t afford the insurance. And then one day she became ill and I took her up to the Jackson County Hospital and admitted her for pneumonia. And that’s when they found the cancer, and by then it was stage four. It was, there was nothing they could do for her.
And she passed away in 22 days.
I do not think Mitt Romney realizes what he’s done to anyone, and furthermore I do not think Mitt Romney is concerned.
http://www.factcheck.org/2012/08/is-romney-to-blame-for-cancer-death/

and the Republicans claimed he was blaming Rhomney for his wife's death, which course he isn't, just that that factory closed, health coverage stopped, a and my wife died. A summary of three tragic events in short order, little more.

By the way, its not a regime, its a democratically elected government. Just FYI.
You know that, and I know that, but we both know Harper doesn't buy that. Anyone who believed in democracy would not use political power to suppress politically inconvenient facts, such as those regarding global warning. He gets his government style straight from G.W. Bush, who as we all know gained office through widespread election fraud.

In short, if it looks like a regime, and smells like a regime...

Harper follows the US style of politics. They will come out early and ugly , trying to define, disqualify and delegitimize Trudeau before his campaign can get any traction whatsoever.
Just like Obama's goons did to Romney.
Um...I think you transposed Romney and Obama in that last sentence. You should probably correct it, or everybody who had access to American TV this year will be forced to conclude you are delusional.

I think what you meant to say was that Harper follows the REPUBLICAN style of politics, ie. power is everything and facts don't matter.

Please Obama has a history of hiring the most ugly political goons imaginable. He ran a visionless campaign. It was smear and obfuscate. Alinsky 1010. The worst perps were the unions and community organizers that Obamas sycophants unleashed.

Romney ran a shit campaign. He is not an effective politician, he is a proven manager. A CEO. Someone who knows how to govern, not run a permanent campaign.

You are only unperterbed because you have your head so far up your own ass.

I do find it quite bizarre that we as a society have such a hard time agreeing what are FACTS. I saw an exchange from Maher's show btwn Niall Ferguson and the guy that is doing the anti fracking docs and the gap btwn what they can agree on as fact is astounding.

Worked with Dion and Iggy, the only question should be why wouldn't you do it again. Cheaper than paying off the public sector unions like McSquint did, although to be faie the Conservatives are using their own money while McSquint used ours.

Mayne Justin should give Duffy a hug?
Harper has got to go. His innate paranoia, failed policies as in the FTW fiasco, unnecessary revision of CPP eligibility to 67 y/o, the fact that almost no one qualifies to receive EI anymore while still having to support the system with our taxes, I could go on and on. Tea party north, alberta edition, is gone gone gone in the next election. Hopefully it'll be a total rout. My only quibble is that I am not really convinced by Trudeau...I feel more comfortable personally with Mulcair as I believe he's a more accomplished and intelligent man. I could readily see Mulcair across the table from some world leader and negotiating an agreement that would benefit us more than them.

Harper is getting a bit out of control.
The latest issues with the PMO's office releasing invoices and details from Trudeau's speech work is definitely a bit much.
Its another one that's likely to bite him in the ass.

So you believe Trudeau is completely justified in charging for his appearances?

There is zero evidence that it will bite Harper in the ass. So you really think it is perfectly okay for Trudeau to moonlighting and accepting large fees on the rubber chicken circuit when he is supposed to be working for us as an MP? Typical Liberal morality of convenience.

The incident groggy is talking about, that was given to the press by the PMO was an engagement BEFORE he was an elected MP.
I don't mind attack ads that much - as long as they focus on the issues.
