Come on guys, we've killed this to death.

The OP didn't block the guy out, he backed out and drove away. The OP was just being inconsiderate and a jerk, by his own admission he can see how we think that in this thread, nothing illegal and nothing that deserves to shoot the guy. Time to move on, this horse is dead.

Not this fool he rolled his eyes and told me with an attitude "You know car's have a reverse gear also aswell as a drive gear" when I first asked him to move.
If I could draw a layout of the gas station you guys would'nt believe it. I was pinned in and there were 4 cars in line behind me waiting for gas. Absolutley no other way to get out unless I could fly.
I re-read your post. You banged on his window etc etc. and then he moved, so you made your point. I would've also told him that your car isn't equipped with 'helicopter overdrive', but also warning him that you'll let the station operators know so that they can call a tow truck might work too.

One time someone pulled in front of me without warning and i had to slam the brakes on. I honked and he gave me the finger! He's the one in the wrong and yet he had the gall and nerve to give the finger to me. I couldn't believe it. Sadly some people are just idiots.

I braked hard when a traffic light turned, and the guy in the opposite direction who wanted to make a left was disappointed that I didn't go thru cuz he thought I wouldn't be able to stop. He went nuts on me. I laughed in his face and either did a cuckoo sign or mouthed the words Thank You (yes, I know Rub, you never know how he'd react, but we both were travelling on our own merry way so there wasn't an chance of contact).

Why not over react ... wait a minute.

I am in control of the situation ? He is an apparent licenced driver and should be able to back out easily, which he did.

Nothing really. I just found it funny the way the guy reacted.

Who are you ? Bono ?

I never said I did not break a rule.

If the row I was in was a full row, then I would have been LEGALLY parked and he still would have had to back out.

Sociopath ? lol Wow. Really ? I do not go around breaking laws.
Unfortunately if the day comes when I cross said person you will never know that I am the vic because they will use my real name in the news reels.

Why ? Because you and several others are bashing me ? And you and the rest are ... what to me ?
I started here in the Lounge and discovered the Sports Section afterwords.

Oh boy, here we go.
Are you talking to me ? lol If you are, no I am not, though I do not see how that has anything to do with anything.

Then I guess I would have pulled out my gun and there would have been a story on CNN of a shoot-out in a Florida parking lot.
" ... we still do not know what lead to this shooting in a parking lot in ..."

Someone asked if I thought the response would go as it has, yes I actually did consider that may happen.

i see you didnt tackle the post about you being a doucebag.....smart

No, since you have already admitted you were not parked legally, you are the one breaking the rules of the road, and in fact are the rude one in this situation.
I never said I did not break a rule.
I also never stated that you denied breaking a rule, that is not relevant however. You knew from the get go you were in the wrong and yet still believed someone else is required to work around you.

Ironhead,

The point a few people have been making is that you were taking a risk. Sure, the guy you pissed off just spat on the inside of his windscreen. I, however, would have escalated the situation, probably by keying your car as I backed out. Someone even more maladjusted might have pulled out a baseball bat or a knife. I just saw a fist fight between driver and pedestrian because (apparently) the pedestrian stepped in front of a truck and gave the driver the finger after the driver hit his horn.

Being an asshole for no good reason is not the smartest play.

I hate fucking idiots who stop their cars in driveways, turn on the emergency lights thinking it's OK, waiting for some fat ass relative who can't walk a few meters, and blocking the way.

I have a confession to make: I don't stop on stop signs in open and empty parking lots if there are no cars coming....

Good morning Petzel!

You sem to have run out of commas in the above sentences.

I know how important good grammar and sentence structure are to you. Here are some coomas you can use until you refill your computer.

(P.S. Using cooma ^ was a gift to cheer and warm you up for the day!)

Good afternoon Rub.

Wishing it was Toronto
People like the o.p are the reason I get road rage.
Makes me wonder if the roles were reversed how the OP would have reacted. Not well, I suspect.
