It's a joke site, I found the picture and the "article" funny. Whether Bush could be arrested arriving in Canada or not is definately an issue I don't want to see happen. There are already too many problem issues happening ATM that arresting him will do nothing but make a bigger mess. However... when he's done his next 4 years in office and is no longer the president... is a different story.
