We are funny because down the road we know that is what happened. But the thing is.... We don`t care

I do know i`m quite dumb in some ways. I do assume it. But maybe not enough to think the conspiracy here is to divert the whole thing. Down the road, Perry is still a happy guy who will play soon, all while having had some fun with a beautiful woman.

At least it is obvious that the NHL did not look at this incident as that serious, otherwise he would have been banned by the league.
Toronto would never stand a chance of hiring him due to being accused of this type of misconduct. Rogers/Bell make it a priority to step away from any type of controversy.

More then 20 years in the industry field i have been on makes me believe the first rumours tends to be true. But then of course an army of spin doctor and public relations cabinet knows exactly how to kill it. I know i had to deal with them.

people think it would be a big deal if Bedard's mom fornicated with Perry. i think they are wrong it's just life.
Well he did something to get his contract terminated and he was deceptive in his apology letter.
If it was only the mental and substance abuse issues that he claimed in his letter, his contract would not have been permitted to be terminated under the terms of the CBA — he would have needed to have been offered treatment. So he did something.
So as long as he continues to be deceptive about the extent of what he did the stories, many false and nothing confirmable or deniable, will remain out there.
His behaviour got his contract terminated and Perry and the Black Hawks.not giving details is both none of other business and protecting the innocent people involved…if he was banging Bedard’s mother I don’t think that would get his contract terminated, consenting adults can do that.
ha ha not when the kid is worth about a billion to the team long term. they terminated him because of a fling with Bedard's mom. No big deal. Ideally it would have been kept secret but hey they got caught. Ho well...
One thing we know for sure is Hall of Famers like Guy Carbonneau and Bob Gainey would never engage in such behaviour.
Perry will never be a member of that elite class.
Carbonneau was probably involved in such behaviour with HOF selection committee…that would explain his induction.
