Are you diagnosed with an STI?
I just got tested two days ago, I’ll update when I hear back. I’ve had one in the past got treated, retested and came back negative.

what’s weird is the last few times I had these symptoms I tested negative but recovered from treatment.

And now today after getting antibiotics my penile soreness and discharge has cleared up.

Threads like these have been started before, they all go the same way -

There'll be a plethora of posters gaslighting you, telling you they have slept with over 1000 escorts since the Cold War; recieved bbj, performed DATY, DIGITS, rimmed them all, and never got an STI.

While this may be true for them (assuming they actually get tested), despite what many on here will say - yes, you can recieve an STI through oral sex ... Believe it or not, even with a reputable agency girl.

Infact, most of the leolist girls will only perform a shallow, (usually covered) blowjob, so you're probably more likely to contract it from an agency girl, who does bbj with presumably the majority of customers she comes in contact with.

To elaborate, think of how fast it could spread: In your case, you recieved the infection, fortunately you get tested regularly and have symptoms quick... What about the guy who recieves it, doesn't get tested (ever) and goes and sees the same girl you saw. She gave him a bbj, uses mouthwash before seeing you, then deepthroats your shit.

Now, this is a risk every in the hobby must subconsciously know they're taking. The ones who say getting an STI from bbjs is impossible from reputable agencies are either lying to you, or themselves.

Are you repeating with any of the ladies who you saw around your assumed infection period?

Are you performing daty / digits?
Do you wash your hands after digits & before touching your genitals?
Are you getting PS from any of the ladies?

Never heard of catching that kind of STI from bbbj. HPV on the other hand. That shit’s being given away like fries in a Happy Meal.

I’m thinking this could be a factor, potentially impaired immune function or something. But I only notice it after hobbying. After sti antibiotics I’m back to normal. Unless the antibiotics are indirectly treating something else.
Is it always the same sp? Or does it also happen after seeing other sp's within 2 days of seeing them, that is assuming that you don't see one particular sp often enough to confuse the issue?

The OP still haven't posted what his doctor thinks is going on.

Chronic infections need serious investigation...

Maybe there is more to the story than the OP wants to reveal.
Getting medical advise is best. Having a debate here will not fix his problems

Replying to my own post...

One strategy might be for the OP to stop seeing any sp he has seen before, and see if the same thing happens with an escort he has never seen before...

I don’t think I’ve ever repeated, never gotten PS, would say I’m pretty sanitary

I’ve had blood work tested a couple months ago, hormones, thyroid and vitamins seem to be all be in range. I haven’t pushed further though. Is there a specific doctor for chronic infections?

Yeah possibly, it wasn’t my intent to dissuade anyone from hobbying. I was just asking out of genuine concern for my health.

My main concerns are how I could develop penile discharge, soreness and have test come back negative. Then react positively to antibiotics.

I realize terb might not be the best place to be asking this question. i was just hoping someone had an experience and could lead me to some answers.

I think STI tests look for Gonorrhea and chlamydia, you could be having non specific urethritis
which also has symptoms such as discharge/burning, and is treated with antibiotics.

That was my experience but I'm not a doctor, better see a urologist.

See a Dr., get tested and Identify the STI. Ask the Dr it's possible to catch that from oral. The Dr will likely look that up in the room with you.

My totally unqualified guess. Chlamydia. Sometimes it presents no symptoms in men... other times it does. It needs to be treated.

Looks like it can be spread through vaginal, anal, and oral sex. I learned something new.

I have never got an sti or infection after getting a bbbj from any women wether there an escort or not and i have gotten numerous bj's from different women. If your concerned then try cbj and see if that makes a difference. It wont be as fun but is a lot safer

No issues with me either in personal life or hobbying. I prefer bbbj but one occassion I asked for cbj. It was a gut feeling due to the SP weird behavior. On the second occassion it was a lady from an agency who said she prefered cbj and I was fine.
