Conspiracy was the one I thought they were going to throw. But like 6 January, there's ample less complicated stuff to hang on the perps.

He begged him LOL. Doug enacted Emergency powers. The best he could do long before Justin's handlers told him to invoke the Emergency act. I don't know if you've been watching CBC or CTV. Every police expert that has been on has said all this could have been done without the Emergencies act. He sat on his ass for 3 weeks and did nothing.
