Among others I have seen charges mentioned of counselling to commit mischief, counselling to commit the offence of disobeying a court order, counselling to obstruct police, child endagerment, wilfully obstructing a public officer or peace officer in the execution of their duty and wilfully obstruct an officer in the lawful execution of a process against lands or goods or in making a lawful distress or seizure.
Their are most likely alot more charges that have been levied.
The fact is, Doug begged Justin to enact the Emergency Act and it was the Emergency Act that Justin brought in that has mobilized the entire Police force, RCMP, OPP and frozen accounts of FREEDUMMMMM DUMS thanks to Justin! Facts are facts, he led while the twats on the Conservative side have been fighting him tooth and nail supporting the FREEDUM DUMS and that is a mic drop.
Doug asked for Emergency Act once the bridges were blocked and harming the economy. Before that he was all in support of the protesters just like the rest of the Conservative politicians.
He wasn't going to do anything as that would upset his base. None the less, he will probably get re-elected as the other two are useless.
You can see the language being used in Parliament by the Conservatives, distancing from the protesters but now focusing on overreach.
I have seen a couple specifically charged with mischief now, so that seems to be a baseline they are using.
We will see what sticks. Throwing a shotgun of charges like this is pretty common and often a bunch get dropped over time.
