The Dumb DOFO who when push came to shove, had to then shut the economy down last year. Yes, he opened it too early and Ontario had the highest per capita infections in Canada after he did so. But eventually he had to go back to implementing the restrictions. However, here this has nothing to do with the Federal Government as he has the say in what Ontario does or does not with respect to the restrictions implemented by him in the first place. ROTFLMAO!!
No he is NOT. All that he is easing is the fact that You do not need the PCR Test for those who have been fully vaccinated and instead can get the cheaper Antigen one. But they may randomly select the incoming passengers for testing. This was in the works from the very beginning and zero to do with the FreeDumb Convoy!!
It has everything to do with the fact all provinces are now putting HEAVY pressure on Trudope to speed up easing of restrictions. ROTFLMAO!!
