when they could be living it up in Paris, London, Madrid. It's not just the money, all of them are very well paid
and can comfortably retire today if they choose to, so something is rotten.
The top teams pay well but
want their money's worth simple as that, and if that means playing all those games
and in all the competitions you've listed then so be it, so the players have to work like race horses.
Not everyone is a Messi so the players know they're easily replaceable, it takes one look at the roster depth
of a top team to see who's chomping at the bits to take their place.
