I watch it every single week, I wish there was a little more cooking but it's to be expected when the dishes he's cooking are ancient half the time and pretty simpleAnyone watch A Taste of History? I know its more history than food but I really like watching and learning the process of how they made all that old food back then
Hell no man, guy would turn me into a fine pasteWould you hit on his gorgeous wife?

I agree, the British version of Kitchen Nightmares has much more profanity, Gordon at his best.
Gordon visits The Twatage.
Not sure what Gnocchi Calabrese is but I love gnocchi so I would definitely try it. My favorite prep of gnocchi is in sage and brown butter sauce. So good.I can get Gnocchi Calabrese with walking distance of my house. Simple pleasures,I'm not fru fru like Ceiling Cat. Now that I've seen what you get for $109 pasta, you could have an overnight orifice party with that.
That's tuna carpaccio folks.
Sounds yummy. I've made butternut squash ravioli in a sage and browned butter sauce. I should have patted the ravioli a bit to dry after cooking because It turned out a little bit wet/soggy but the flavour was very nice.My favorite prep of gnocchi is in sage and brown butter sauce. So good.
