Anyone watch A Taste of History? I know its more history than food but I really like watching and learning the process of how they made all that old food back then

I watch it every single week, I wish there was a little more cooking but it's to be expected when the dishes he's cooking are ancient half the time and pretty simple

I like the California roll a lot (mostly because I love imitation crab because it's a nostalgic food for me).
But I think my favourite has got to be the Salmon avocado roll. It's so dang good

I can get Gnocchi Calabrese with walking distance of my house. Simple pleasures,I'm not fru fru like Ceiling Cat. Now that I've seen what you get for $109 pasta, you could have an overnight orifice party with that.

That's tuna carpaccio folks.
