Lol. No he wasn't. But Trump didn't do anything new.

Yawn.
So its ok when Trump does it but not when Biden is accused of anything similar?
And this is based off a totally fricking wacko conspiracy theory that Giuliani has been pushing and has only resulted in his crack investors being arrested?

The best story of the day is this one:
Exclusive: Trump lawyer Giuliani was paid $500,000 to consult on indicted associate's firm
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-...ult-on-indicted-associates-firm-idUSKBN1WU07Z

The detail that really takes it over the top?

Giuliani was paid $500,000 by his now arrested crack team for work for their company, Fraud Guarantee

It's not ok when anyone does it. But it's legal and normalized so unless you going to support a candidate who truly gets that and won't take the money then you are just bleating.

They swamp can't go after him without being hypocrites. That's the point.

Lol. No he wasn't. But Trump didn't do anything new. He rewarded a donor with an appointed position.

That's common in Washington. You are complaining about a long standing practice by Washington elites as if it's a new thing.
It is like you are saying that people should still use the "N" word because it was in common use for a long time. The appointment was crap yet you do not criticize trump. You simply use the age old defense of "it is ok with me because it's always been done". That may be one of your lamest defenses ever.

If Biden was not running to be the Democratic nominee, would there have been anything wrong in Trump seeking the help of Ukraine to investigate the activity of the Bidens and what possible connection there could be between their activity and the involvement of the Ukraine in the 2016 election?
If Biden wasn't running, then trump wouldn't have asked them to investigate.

He campaigned so hard they entrusted his crackhead son with a board position........

Which he was unqualified to hold. And his son has admitted he wouldn't have gotten without his name.

A BoD sinecure with a notional stipend for people with "names" is common in the corporate world. I do it in a small way and sit on 3 boards. I know a ton of people who have a full schedule of being flown around the world to Board meetings. All for our name or accomplishments, or who we know.

Jarhead Jared and International Ivanka have zero experience in foreign or domestic government. King Trump appointing them is pure nepotism, using State funds and using state resources to move, feed, secure and educate them.

Its not legal when the POTUS does it, its emoluments.

No wonder Trump is hiding his taxes, he lied on his taxes to pay less then lied to his banks to get loans.
Never-Before-Seen Trump Tax Documents Show Major Inconsistencies
The president’s businesses made themselves appear more profitable to lenders and less profitable to tax officials. One expert calls the differing numbers “versions of fraud.”

It wasn't "name" based on deed. It was name based on, it's his son and we can leverage it for other things.

Agree about Trumps kids as well. All you did their was show that what Joe and Donald allowed and defend are the same thing.

It's all soft corruption. Why are you defending Biden?

Quite the reverse. I'm saying, to use your analogy, that right now a crass racist is using the N word in the WH. And in previous administrations polite racists used it.

You just don't like the crass racist. But the civil rights issue is still legal and systemic.

Trump isn't breaking the rules. He is just being crass, stupid, and open about it. He is exposing the lack of rules due to his actions and the desperation of some to remove him.

They want to hang him but are building a second noise for themselves and don't even know it.

Go take a look at Sanders web site and his announced anti corruption platform, starting with the DNC.

That's what you should be supporting. It solves all the problems.

But it is okay for you to defend Trump's corruption, then?? Hardly "SOFT" when it involves this Ukraine Scandal!!

Except I haven't defended it. Just pointed out it's par for the course. Normalized.

Joe Biden did for his kid what Trump did for his.

It's that simple.

Sure he is, and that's why he's getting impeached.
Emoluments
Tax evasion
Fraud
Undeclared campaign expenses
All nice talking points but still nothing after just about three years now.

If it's so clear cut why is he still in office?

Justice moves slow.
He should have been impeached after Mueller, but Barr lied about the report and Pelosi stopped impeachment.

He should be behind bars for tax fraud, it appears now.
Or sexual assault.

Frank, this is not acting like the defender of Canadian values that you boldly responded to me a few weeks back. This seems like a guy casting aspersions on public figures.

We know Trump has been under IRS audits. I don't think the IRS is in Trump's back pocket. I trust the IRS to take care of matters.

As far as sexual assault accusations, let's all defend due process. Shall we? I know. It's hard. You don't like a politician. Let's believe accusers without question. I'll hold on to "due process" because it's the only thing I can believe in.

This is what we 'know':
IRS whistleblower claims political appointee tried to interfere in audit of Trump or Pence: report

Newly uncovered tax documents show Trump kept '2 sets of books' and may have committed financial fraud

For sexual assaults, there are now 43 accusations.
As well as the news that the National Enquirer burned all Trump docs once they were fingered as paying off women and killing stories on behalf of Trump.
The National Enquirer disposed of Trump-related 'dirt' right before he was elected in 2016, journalist Ronan Farrow writes in his new book

Again, nothing "soft" about this whole Ukraine Scandal involving Trump. One more of Giuliani's associates now indicted and the list is growing. But Hunter Biden, tell me when the indictments will occur. My popcorn is warming up!!

Allow me to respond to your aspersions one by one.

IRS fraud........sounds like an impeachable offense. Whistleblower! Oh my, this would seem to require the House to investigate. Why not? Frank, I have news for you. The IRS is not a friend of the President. Something's are just so.

43 belated accusations!!! Holy shit! If we get that number to fifty maybe we can get public retributution. I read the first twelve or thirteen back in 2016. Some of these women made no sense or couldn't substantiate their stories. There is a thing with these accusations form a political perspective. It's called the Law of Diminishing Returns.
