Yes, I've had a number of SP's over the years that fulfill every desire.
No, not always, because there is going to come a time where even if she provides the service, the excitement of the anticipation is no longer there because you know what you are going to get. No more novelty. Time to move on and break in the next gem.
Why? MP's are licensed. They don't get "raided" or "shut down" unless there are some massively serious criminal issues. (Drugs, trafficking, underage, etc) As can any incall. As a customer, u aren't obligated to follow any bylaws, so u aren't the issue. If anything being in a reputable MP is very secure.
