The purpose of this thread: Tips and tricks for reducing shower time: showering efficiently, and drying off fast.
I suspect this is an important and relevant topic for many people here... especially for the ladies here. I shower sometimes 5 times a day: When I get up, after I go to the gym (often twice a day), plus showering is an important part of a visit to any SP, sometimes before AND after. So that is a lot of time in the shower.
I will kick it off with this drying off tip:
Stand an extra 20-30 seconds in the shower after you shut off the water, most of the water will drip off you, and you'll get more mileage out of your towel as a result. Start drying from the top down--dry your hair first, then your face, then upper body. Drying in the opposite order is counter-productive since water from your hair will drip down your body, and you'll wind up having to dry off some areas twice as a result. So towel down from top to bottom.
