Since I couldn't see the food before ordering, I got fucked again, and I started sweating profusely (body fat loss) and subsequently electrocuted in the brain. Not fun.
If this is really happening to you every time you eat out, then you probably need to see a doctor ASAP.

No, this is normal if you under-eat (unintentional in my case) but I've done this intentionally as well in the past (for aesthetics/looks) . It's completely normal. I talk to athletes and body builders when they lose weight they go thru the same symptoms. It doesn't happen if you eat to satisfaction. I've done blood work and a full physical everything's normal.

I don't mind paying more. Just serve a damn satisfying meal. In my area, most places suck. I found one decent Italian and one decent middle eastern place. They're good food but small portions. The remaining options are just cardboard. For example, I tried a Thai place. It was pure cardboard. They didn't use any oils or sauces. I was basically eating plain rice with Thai seasoning. I finished 20%, the rest wouldn't go down, so I threw it out. 17 bucks.

I remember going to Thai express 15 years ago, it was so satisfying. None in my area. Same goes with Domino's, Mama Pizza, Pigiolo, and the remaining cardboard Pizza places. They're shy to use enough Oil or Sauces.

Places that DO serve good food, those places then serve a small portion. Which is fine if that's how they make money. But how am I suppose to know small portion ahead of ordering. If I could visualize it, then I would pay for 2 meals, eat 1, and some from 2nd, with leftovers.

That's one of my point/rants. When you go abroad, the food is there in front of you, you can visualize it before picking what and how much you want. Impossible to be unsatisfied. This order off the menu Toronto style, sit, wait, and be surprised by portion size is complete bullshit.
You seem to be going to a lot of fast food places, which of course will cheap out on everything including sauces, but they load up on the salt and probably MSG to make things taste a bit better.. The only places I can think of where you can see food before you eat is a buffet place like Mandarin. There aren't many other buffet places I can think of.

Try Salad King if you're into Thai food. Yes, it has a weird name. They have 2 locations at Yonge and Dundas and Queen and McCaul. You can change the spiciness to your liking.

Eaton center is not typical fast food. There's a lot of variety. By short and skimpy, I meant all the crap places to eat that are either cardboard food (low calorie, they don't use fats/oils, pizza pizza for example); or the food is good but the portion is too small for one to be FED. When this happens, people usually run off pretty fast to the nearest tim hortons to make up for the skimpyness. If they wait too long, they would lose weight, unintentionally. That's not fun.
Eaton Centre has the typical mall staples like: KFC, Timmies, McD's, Bourbon Street Grill, etc. There are a couple of out of the ordinary places like a ramen and sushi place. The Sbarro does show their pizzass (some deep dish) and they have a pasta station too. The Queen side used to have a Richtree, but that's gone now.

Go out to lunch or dinner, almost always, the server fucks up portion size, or maybe, it's their standard shrinkflation portion size, and not enough food to feed.

I walk out pretty hangry and unsure what to do. Any tips how ppl avoid this? Order 2 meals, eat 1, and a bit of 2nd and then have leftovers?

Also, why are all the Pizza chains in this city cardboard food? I finally found a decent non chain pizza place, had a bit, it was SOOOO GOOD, ate the served portion, 4 slices, 8", but guess what, wrong size! I needed 6 slices. Since I couldn't see the food before ordering, I got fucked again, and I started sweating profusely (body fat loss) and subsequently electrocuted in the brain. Not fun.

When I travel overseas, eating out is fun. They have the food laid out, like in Germany or Italy, even many UK/US places, you can visualize it, and order how much you want and are rarely disappointed.

Whether it's pizza slices or rice/chicken, pasta, whatever, it's right there in front of you, in the quantity you desire. You pick your own portion.
What restaurants have you been frequenting?

For Pizza I would recommend North of Brooklyn!!

For Steaks I would recommend The Keg (fair priced) or Harbour 60 (high end)

If you would like Asian Fusion I really like Chotto Matte

For authentic Italian maybe check out Sotto Sotto

For authentic Chinese I really like Chef 88 elite fine dining. Highly recommend the Peking Duck

Thanks for the breakfast and pizza tips but I'm not over eating. I just never ever snack so I like 3 eat proper meals. Biggest proof is unintentional weight loss, hunger, stress and no sleep. I'm 128 lbs I used to be 160 then I cut it down to 145 intentionally for aesthetics, after that I said it's time to stop, but kept losing due to eating at wrong places. Past couple days I've been hunting hard for decent places make sure I bring home enough food. I hate cooking so always eat out.
Maybe try snacking on something like veg, fruit, nuts i..e healthier between meals? Not sure why you have an aversion to cooking because it's very easy these days. If you're really lazy, there are plenty of pre-packaged foods like Lou's https://louskitchen.ca. Some of their products are ridiculously easy to make. You dunk the pouch in a pot of boiling water and that's it. You can find similar products like that anywhere.

Yes, I have never been served crap food on an airplane, ever. I've been on probably 90 flights or more in my life. That's economy. I'm not rich.

Some resturants great, some not. That was my complaint.
I don't know what airlines you're flying on, but most of them charge for food on North American flights in economy these days. The food you get is expensive and lousy IMO. Usually cold sandwiches, snacks, and drinks. All food is prepared hours maybe days in advance before getting warmed up. Since the air in a plane is so damned dry, the food has to be loaded with tons of salt so you can actually taste it.

OP, you might want to try a place called Peter's on Eglinton in Mississauga http://www.petersoneglinton.com/ I went there a few times and the potions are large (at least for me.) I haven't been there in a while, but I always saw people bringing doggy bags after a meal. Not sure if that's changed in the last few years though. There's another place called Zet's that might be worth your time. They are by the airport, but they have a Woodbridge location too:https://www.zets.ca/

Based on what the OP wrote,, I don't think he'd be satisfied with these options. Maybe a bit fancy for him, but I could be wrong.

Unless there's medical factors. Weight loss is math, calories in vs calories out.

Dude, I eat one small-medium meal a day and I don't experience the shit you describe, I also don't lose any weight. There's either something wrong with you or something you're not telling us, are you ordering the kids meals maybe?

You're either snacking OR your activity level is low (I don't own a car) OR your weight is low OR your metabolism is slow OR maybe you're drinking coffee with creamer OR drinking wine OR eating nuts/chips (hi calorie foods). If some of those things are true, you can easily getaway with one medium meal a day. That's how you probably run a neutral caloric balance with just 1 medium meal.

I just hate snacks, creamers, dairy, smoothies donuts and don't own a car, so that's why I need more food. I finally found a decent chicken rice place. Been feeling better finally. Rich sauce too. I top it with Extra Virgin Olive oil. Great way to increase calories/satisfaction. Delicious.

I also find it is very small portions, which is why I found the comment about it being a proper sized meal so weird.

It's standard stomach size. That's what a human can fit in a single sitting / serving. The food is good as in rich in energy (it's not cardboard). But it may not be fresh like explorerzip mentioned. Prepared days in advance like he said. However, it gets the job done. That's all I care about. So then, you can move on to the coffee when they bring it, watch an on-board movie and chill, or take a nap. Classic signs of being fed. Nobody asks for a 2nd tray. The stupid shawerma places I tried near my place, and the pizza places I mentioned, just plain cardboard. But i've found something good now ,so all good. Took me some time.

There's no such thing as a standard stomach size and people's appetites and tastes are clearly different. You're an obvious example of that.

Airline food is rich in sodium and empty calories and it's definitely not good for you. The food is definitely not fresh because they have to prepare it well ahead of the flights and needs to be stored it at the right temps to prevent food bourn illnesses. It comes out as a sloppy mess once it's re-heated on-board. Are you taking a lot of international flights? Because domestic / North American flights in economy don't have food included.

Not many late night places anymore. Pandemic hurt a lot of restaurants. Zet's near the airport used to be 24/7, but not anymore. There's Fran's at Victoria and Shuter across from St Mikes hospital and the one at Yonge and College. I don't know if they are 24/7 anymore though or how good the food is because it's been years since I've been. There's a Korean chain called The Owl of Minerva. They have a bunch of locations that are open 24/7 (maybe) around town.

Pizza I usually go for Mamma's or Gino's though to be honest even the Mamma's here is a poor imitation of the one in Montreal.
The original Mamma's was on the north side of Eglinton, a block or two west of Bathurst.
