each area was separated..but now ..why even bother putting in all the different areas..each area is getting carpet bombed with ads that state the incall is nowhere near the fucking region
navigating thru all these ads is a pain in the ass now...you inquire about a lady in the Durham section only to find out she's actually in Sauga. .WTF

^^^That carpet bombing has to be the stupidest thing these girls could ever do. Unless you are a moron and don't have any idea where you are geographically speaking, then the carpet bombing might work for you. But the majority of us know where we are located and know where places like York Region, Mississauga, etc. are located from that spot on the map and we look where we want to hobby as BP has separated these spots with tabs that we can use. Too much clutter to sort through and multiple ads with shitty photos or stolen pics....

BP is free these days that's why there is so much spam and garbled ads. BP used to charge for ads, and sections in geo space where each client wanted their ad to show up. Now it's completely free, hence the chaos!

Hi Guys!!! I haven't been on here for a very long time... once and awhile I pop on to check in and see how everyone is doing!!!! This is a very sad thread!! Sorry to hear that Durham is having a hard time with girls being reliable but I see that the Regular girls are still keeping you all Happy!!! Being an SP is like any business that shows up, some will prosper but others will fail . My Business was amazing , I loved my Job I loved my clients ... you guys treated me with respect and in return you received the same . She just left Kingston (got my fix!) and is currently in Belleville. Maybe you'll get lucky and she'll stop on her way back. Wouldn't hurt to text her and express your interest. If several do that she may be more inclined to visit.

Just an observation of late, Durham still sucks...

With the Star expose on BP girls, I have been turned off as of late with regards to these ladies. The article certainly answered many suspicions I had, like the prevalence for gaudy tattoo's and the "no blacks". The tats show they are owned, like a collar worn by a sub and I've seen some of these girls entering the regular haunts here and their pimp (black) following them in. Coupled with this was a conversation about this very expose at a party, some in attendance were from the LE community and from what I was told, LE keeps a good eye on these BP girls and they do peruse the ads and visit these girls. Some of the very things in the article were reiterated by my LE friends.

Which brings me to the original point of this thread. I miss the old days here. The passing of time is a natural progression, but aren't things supposed to improve with the passing of time? I lament the loss of the vibrant scene Durham had at one time. We had some pretty darn good agencies with some great girls. We also had some great indy chicks, more than a handful of them. The scene had a good balance. Now we have no agencies to speak of. BP is full of b&s Asian ads that crowd all other ads out. Major complaints are poor service from most of the girls that are seen. Prices out of whack with the poor service provided and up-selling hoes, who deny the texts guys are going on to book them. Sad and pathetic.

Myself, I've been saving my hard earned dough because of this, traveling into the city or north of the city for well reviewed quality girls. I like to think I've learned my lessons, but who knows. Maybe a good agency with quality girls will come along and I 'll have someplace to release my tensions, that or a good indy or two. After-all, variety is the spice of life.

I couldnt agree more, I wrote a post on another link re jocelyn, all these over priced girls with thers total lack of service dont have a clu what a man needs or wants, im abstaining from these girls, saving my money for a worthy lady with positive reviews.guys for the benefit of us all we would be wise to hold of, these ladies who invade durham to take our hard earned money with terrible services, and when you leave them you say to youself what a waste I hope we learn soon

BP isn't a treat for us either. I hated BP when I first started. It took a lot of getting used to. I couldn't take the traffic from the newspaper ads so I thought backpage was a good alternative. It's full of trolls. I think we would all be able to manage a bit better if the clients weren't so shifty. Some of them think they can just show up whenever they want, not show up at all and lead us on even after they are late and they say they're on their way there are guys that say, I'll be there in 15 minutes and it takes 30 minutes to get here or they can't be on time for their own appointment. It's a sh*t show. It's not always entirely the woman's fault. Just assume some d*ck messed up her schedule. lol

I tried working in Durham (Whitby/Ajax) area a few times last year and most of my appointments were no shows, and the guys inquiring were so scared I wasn't real because I had professional pics they asked me endless questions or for bbfs for my rate. It's a two way street, and I think a lot of reputable ladies are scared away from working in some areas if they cannot develop regulars. It didn't make business sense to try and work somewhere random forum members asked me to tour and then most didn't bother to book, thus relying on BP there. I don't know how much clearer I could have been in my ads, I put up photos of my reviews, and linked to my website and it wasn't worth me touring there randomly.

I would happily go out to Whitby again if a gent wanted a 2 hour or more prebooking, or had several members ask and prebook because I know how hard it can be to get downtown for some, but going randomly trying to see NEW clients off BP only left me with 80% no showed appointments with no apologies.

Are you talking about having clients lined up before you come this way..or are you talking about pre-paid bookings...

I know in my case its all about the timing of a ladies visit...I have set days off and they arent flexible, so if a lady I want to see comes to Durham and its on my Work days...I am S.O.L other factors play into it too....
some have said well come see me before or after work...well Im not at my best especially after 12-13 hrs at work..and I dont enjoy it
and I dont know of many who are willing to be ready to receive a client at 4:30 AM before I go to work...LOL

Same boat for me. I'm downtown one day a week, scarborough two days a week, and work from home two days a week. If you don't come in those two days that I work from home, then I can't book you. Charlotte, I've wanted to book with you for AGES but the timing has never been right unfortunately.

On a different note, my biggest issue nowadays is skimming through BP and trying to remember all the terrible reviews I've read, or written personally, about these durham girls.

SEXY BLONDE "Nope, pretty sure that was the one that the reviewer said was drunk and high."
GORGEOUS LIPS "Ummm pretty sure that's the girl that will rob me."
FRENCH "Dog shit on the floor."

I had a big problem with pre-bookings and then cancelations this. It has made me re-think some of my policies regarding pre-bookings and maybe even this location. It takes twice the amount of time to fill the time slot and most canceled with semi short notice for example cancelling a 9am at 8am after confirming it 7:30am and booking it 2 days in advance. How can I fill that time? I can say that 75% of the guys who pre-booked were from TERB.

Now don't get me wrong, cancelations are better then no shows, but still a bit of a pain in the bum. I was booked enough to make the trip worth while, but my note book it a mess with appointment, cancel, re schedule, appointment, no show, appointment confirmed, then canceled. I had 3 days of it.

Also, rates here are different. You have one gentlemen paying $280/hour outcall and reviewing an entire agency almost and then indies not even able to get $250 for an incall where they are covering the hotel cost.

I am just new here, but I think for Durham to work a little better, there needs to be some give and take on both sides of this industry. As upsetting as it may sound to some, ladies are working and therefore will go where the money and the best treatment by clients is offered. If there is low offering pricing and high level of no shows and cancelations, well let's just say the math is not that hard on this one.

I'm lucky enough to have a good client base now. I don't have to advertise, but I do. I like meeting new people and I like the extra income. Some days though, its just not worth putting up with the abuse and the inconsiderate behaviour. When I first started, I had one day that was entirely no shows. 4 or 5 bookings where they just didn't show up. That's unusual, but still frustrating. If two guys want the same time slot and I've seen one before, I'll always pick the person I've seen before. I'm more lenient with them as well. If they can't make it once or twice, ibdont make a big deal about it. If a new person pulls that crap, I won't ever make another appointment with them. They'll just keep doing it. There is the odd person, who legitimately gets called into work orbhad something come up, but so many people have taken advantage of that. It's almost not worth the hassle to advertise anymore. I get a flood of messages, most of them aren't serious and I end up seeing me regulars all weekend anyway. A lot of these idiots "can't wait 15 minutes" and need to come immediately. Those guys are most frustrating. I like everything to be perfect before I start and I like to take a shower and do my make up. It takes them more than 15minutes to get here but 15 minutes is too long to wait. Lol. Just so anyone reading this understands, there are good clients and nightmare clients. When I refer to "those idiots" I mean the rude, abusive, threatening, name calling types. The average person is exactly what I want. But there are a lot of people on backpage just looking for someone to talk to, or belittle.

I should clarify. When I work, I see a max of maybe 3-4 clients over 12 hours. If I am arriving that day, I usually only book 1 appointment. So when I have 4 appointments booked on Wednesday before I head out to Durham, I tell everyone I am booked. Then Wednesday comes and the cancelations come.

I am still new, and working out things with a girlfriend for phones because they are overwhelming. I don't know the "rules" of when to reply if I was in an appointment. There are a few messages/texts/emails I missed, and there were times where texts were lost when she would take my SIM card. We are working on it to smooth out our system.

I did meet my quota. I was fully booked for my trip but I would say 40% of my appointments have to be re filled. I am already overwhelmed with the phones, to add having to replace almost half of the appointments just makes it worse.

I will be coming back out to Durham, but I admit, I did re-think coming here based on the cancelations.

Well, life happens and sometimes you have to cancel an appointment. When this has happened to me, I try to do it immediately so that she can fill the time. Don't just leave her hanging, thinking you're on your way, then she can't fill that spot.
