This is probably an "urban legend". For what its worth, there is something in Riddit about the old guy suffering a heart attack and the videographer now MIA.
Anyway, I think all this is a gross overreaction. Boys will be boys and they were all consenting adults (I think). Europeans are so much more open minded, if the drywallers are indeed from Europe.

If they are union drywallers, firing them means very little. At best they won't be eligible to go work on another Mattamy job site.
