LOL!! Completely agree. This past year we have been doing nothing but work; good outfits pulling 70-80h per week. We had no fucking entertainment not even christmas parties, no vacations, wives and kids all over, no chance to unwind, nothing- basically sentenced to a work/sleep for the entire year. So, fuck you, Ford and all your experts!! Those guys got nailed, but I understand completely why they did it.
