Yeah sure, nice try. I provide facts and you provide biased opinions.

It's getting boring proving you wrong every time.
Every single time you miss the point and post something irrelevant.
You posted about a federal housing loan plan for lower incomes but ignored the fact that under DoFo hardly any housing is getting built, rents are skyrocketting and the Landlord board backs corporate evictions and renovictions to avoid rent increase limits.

If what you posted were true there would be no housing problem.

About the only positive is when push came to shove he then implemented the Covid-19 restrictions!!
The restrictions were bullshit from the get go. 2 weeks became 2 years when it was clear they did nothing to curb the spread. He did it because his bitch boy JT told him to do so. Don't give me this push came to shove. He told Onartians to enjoy their March breaks and when they returned from vacation implemented the lockdowns.

Now you think posting DoFo press releases is posting facts?

If you believe that to be true, how do you explain the massive increases in rent in Ontario if DoFo's legislation stopped it?
Past 2 years increases were capped at 2.5% and same for 2025.
0% during pandemic and 1.2% in 2022.
https://toronto.citynews.ca/2024/07/02/ontario-caps-2025-rent-increases-at-2-5-per-cent/

Are you too lazy to find that info yourself? Or do you only spew bs hoping it will stick?

Ontario has done very well with rent increases compared to some of the other provinces like BC, AB, Quebec and Canada's average overall. You can stop spreading misinformation now but I know your biased DoFo hatred prevents you from seeing clearly.

Nope, DoFo beats them hands down.
Biggest scandals.
Biggest debt
Most corruption
Stupidest plans
Worst health care handling

The feds funded all the provinces for $10/day daycare.
DoFo responded by not putting it place, cancelling day care builds and then raising rents on daycares.

He doesn't want Ontario to be able to afford to have kids.
Polls show that he's going to win again. Where's Bonnie? I haven't heard nothing for months.

Your chart says rent in Ontario increased 4%.
How do you explain that if DoFo capped rent increases?

His chart is fucked.

Look closely at the %age year over year increase over unit size types and the overall %age increase for Ontario, they don't "add up".

Also do the same across the board provincially as it relates to total %age increase for Canada in relation to Ontario. Once again, the numbers don't work.

Plus, the fact that he is most likely unaware of the different Fordinian types of rental regimes foisted upon renters in Ontario.

You just believe all those crappy conspiracy theories. Again, Douggie boy in the end had to follow the guidelines of his own provincial medical experts.
Obviously, you were not on the frontline of this Pandemic and did not have to face the virus head on. No wonder that a State like Florida had more than twice the infection and death rates as compared to the whole of Canada!!

What you forgot to mention is that Douggie was the one to scrap the rent controls in the first place that caused the landlords to raise the rents at their discretion:

In 2018, Ontario's Progressive Conservative government took a controversial step to try to address a dearth of purpose-built rentals. Fresh off his election win, Premier Doug Ford rolled back rent controls on all units built or occupied after Nov. 15 that year, saying the move would provide "market-based incentives for supply growth."

Stop feeding the BS that Ontario rent rates are lowest based on Ford's hypothesis!!

"Who cares about public opinion" says the guy giving his opinion about Ford. Lol!

That's why I asked you by which official measure are you coming to that conclusion?

Do you have a factual tabulated source of info that concludes who was the best or worst premier? No you don't.

So the only measure would be public opinion. A simple google search of what most people's opinions are in this respect will give you your answer.
You are the one to state that Wynn was the worst premier. What did you base your opinion on?

Obviously your Google searches will hit the usual far right wing media. I see several posts stating that Bob Rae was the worst Premier in Ontario's history. Others state Mike Harris, Kathleen Wynn and Doug Ford.

So post your links, and give us a chuckle!!

So then why did he disagree with his public health officer when they recommended raising the legal drinking age. You know why. Because then it removes and age group that spends a ton of money on the government owned LCBO. Yet it he said not listening to his public health officer was political suicide when it came to covid restrictions.

Maybe it was also because he was selling the street cannabis at that age. Who knows!!

There could be several reasons for that as an overall calculation. One being the time lag in lease expiries, rent increases and data collection. I'm sure you're smart enough to figure things out and if you disagree with the numbers you can provide your own source rather than providing nothing other than your biased opinion.

btw the numbers in Aug look even better for Ontario. Don't you just hate when facts go against your hatred-filled narrative and disprove your misinformation campaign?

"Month-over-month declines to apartment rents in July were present in Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, Quebec, and Saskatchewan. While British Columbia and Ontario were the only two provinces with annual declining rents, with BC down 2% to an average of $2,570, and Ontario down 1.5% to an average of $2,396."

It's funny watching you guys smoke & burn while trying to deny facts that counter your droning narratives.
You should take something for your cognitive bias.

I asked you what your sources are for tabulating best or worst premier. You don't have any. It's based on opinion.

My opinion is that Wynne was the worst. Your's is that DoFo is the worst.

In the absence of factual data that can be used to determine something like this, the only other source would be public opinion, ie the internet. You can do as many searches as you want and you will see that Wynne shows up as the worst more than anyone else. And she definitely never shows up as the best or even near it. Why do you think that is?
That should be your first clue.

Doug's voice is so annoying. Cannot understand how people could listen to him waffling sweet nonsense on that stage!!
Liberals when looking at who they think are good leaders, don't like people for the way they look and how they speak. That's about it. Everything else as far as policy and accomplishments don't really matter.

Makes total sense.

Factual data:
Highest deficit
Highest debt
worst manufacturing
lowest housing starts
longest ER waits
biggest corruption scandal

Stick to annual charts, skoob.
Don't cherry pick single months.
It makes you look dishonest.
