No. It is a statement. If when you read it in your head and you add an inflection to your voice as you read it, you can make it sound like a question. But that's on you.
Just read it straight up as a statement of fact, because that is what it was. Does this sound like a question to you? "You are agreeing that when people say 2+2=4, they are correct."

My point was that your "whataboutism" is not a rebuttal of trump's corruption. They do not negate each other. If you killed a person and I killed a person, we are both murderers.
That just destroyed the idea of anybody thinking you have any sense.

If some corruption was uncovered in Biden's administration, are you saying it gives the Trump administration carte blanche to be as corrupt as they are currently?
