Who is your pretend idol Bernie voting for in November?
Obviously holding his nose. And who knows. He may vote for Jill Stein.

You sir should also consult the history books. Youll be shocked to hear that after the soviet union fell, the USA promised not to advance Nato to Russias borders. Guess what Nato did. Should Russia simply lie down?
So.....are you saying that NATO/USA is a threat to invade Russia? And, to be clear, Ukraine did not start talking about joining NATO until 2014. Now....what happened in 2014, you might ask? Could it be Russia invading it and taking Crimea? Up until that point, Russia and Ukraine were fairly friendly. That changed when Ukraine started making moves or comments about joining the European Union.

So....should Russia simply lie down? YES! They've made this mess by trying to bully Ukraine. Ukraine is sovereign nation that should be allowed to do what is in its best self-interest. So, you can continue to parrot Russian propaganda, or recognize the fact that countries are allowed to follow their own path.

The point you seem to miss is that NATO is a chiefly a defensive alliance. You attack me, and my mates will come and fuck you up. They have done limited offensive stuff, mostly no-fly zones in Kosovo and Iraq. They have never attempted to invade Russia or any of its former satellites.

BTW the Russians know that too. They have satellites and they know Nato is entirely set up in defensive positions.

Sadly Emperor Pupienus only ruled for 99 days. He ruled during the Roman Empire's shittiest year;238 AD.

Ah ok, that was great after world war 2 and during the cold war. However the USA endless wars are catching up with them. If the attack Russia, they will have to answer to the BRICs alliance who are ditching the USA dollar as reserve currency. This is a big deal. Very reminiscent of how countries were aligning together in the world wars.

Maybe it is my wishful thinking. BRICS alliance is also the reason I believe
the threat of WWIII is overrated. If Russia escalate the war beyond Ukraine
it could lose its alliance with and support from China and India. WWIII will
be devastating to the economy of BRICS nations.

I dont tuink BRICS has a choice here. Take a look at US debt. Their only option left is a major war to pillage other countries.

The word "if" is really carrying a lot of weight there, isn't it. Why would the US attack Russia? Like, seriously? Why would they start a hot war with a nuclear power? It makes absolutely no sense. I mean, it is called a nuclear deterrent for a reason. And, frankly, what would the US gain? The only scenario where that could happen is if Russia attacked a NATO ally first. And it would probably be a limited engagement.

And, I think it should be pointed out here that the US and the other militaries around the world are looking at the successes Ukraine has achieved in attacking Russian-based assets. They can circumvent air defence systems, sink ships in harbour and so forth. You can bet your sweet ass that this is being studied and incorporated into any contingency plans...

Strong US currency is one of its superpowers.
The R's railed at Obama about his bailout in 2009 "debasing the currency". Rand and Ron Paul in particular, but most of the R's.
Currently the biggest threat to the US dollar are the Rs when they do not have the presidency and they push to default. Trump actually offered that in his first campaign, that he'd get the US to "pay pennies on the dollar" to get out of debt citing his experience managing debt. Yikes.
Trumps new plan is to devalue the dollar to improve US exports. Of course the US gets a ton of its product from overseas so that will jack up prices in the USA. The 10% tariff he propsed will raise prices.....10%. Trump still does not comprehend that the tarriff is paid by US consumers. He just assumes they don't know so he lies his arse off saying "money is pouring back into the country". Utter nonsense.
His plan to bully the Fed, if it works, will supercharge monetary flow and that too will cause inflation.
I have yet to see any plan he has that is even borderline sane, except to lie and blame Biden (USA has the Best - lowest - inflation of all the developed countries).

CNN realizing that Jack Smith won't be able to "Get Trump" before the election is pure GOLD: "What Jack Smith knows tonight though is that it's very possible that he might not be able to bring either one of his federal cases against former President Trump before the election... If Trump is reelected he can have Jack Smith and both of his cases dismissed."
